Hermitage curator sold art works for medicine: husband

The late curator accused of stealing priceless objects from Russia's Hermitage Museum was a diabetic who used the money to buy insulin, her husband has told authorities.

Perhaps instead of spending on security, they should focus and actually providing a basic living for their people?  It's like getting mad at a starving man for stealing bread.
