"Whats this, two practice fields?"
Looking back the way she had come, Megumi remembers a sign at the other saying "Gatas Practice Filed", and then notices that the sign for this field says "Metro Rabbits Practice Field".

"Oh, I see now, silly to get confused like that."
Smiling to herself, Megumi continues her walk.

[Sanae]

Takahashi

::reaches the field:: "O... that's huge! So I am going to practice kickbase with my teammates in this BIG field? Yay!"

::doing 3 continous cartwheels::

"I wonder the coach is here?"

::silence::

"Well, anyway... maybe I'll go back to the dorm and wake the others up? hehe..."

::goes back to the dorm::

Megumi

Nearing the Rabbits field, Megumi is feeling great.

::thinking:: I wonder how many are trying out for Gatas and the Rabbits. ::thinking::

Rounding the Rabbits field, Megumi is now on the far side of the campus.
Pushing on, she conitnues jogging.

Kamei



Kamei kicks her pink ball gracefully, sending it flying over the field. The ball whistles through the air, creating an invisible rainbow only Eri seems to see. A huge smile spans the length of her face as she watches the ball spiral downward.
 
“ I did it~! Homerun! Beat that Ai-chan! ! “ A giggle escapes her lips as she went to fetch the ball. She carefully looks around the field making sure no one heard her last remark. Although she respects Takahashi as her captain, lately she’s been questioning ai-chans position; she has yet to see her practice on the field!
 
‘ She must be busy… ‘ Kamei thought as she picked up the ball. ‘ Oh well! More space for me I guess. ‘ With a smile, trying to hide her disappointment, she once again kicks the ball, sending it straight upward. ‘ Hmm… But it does get lonely practicing alone… maybe I should ask someone to come along next ti- ‘ SMACK*
 
The ball which she sent soaring, lands on Kamei’s head, knocking her down. She laughed nervously, hoping no one saw that. ‘ Ugh.. I’m so dizzy… and tired.. I’ll rest here for a little.. ‘ The ball slowly rolls next to Kamei as she passes out.

Konno


The mild sun had managed to burn off all the morning dew and Konkon was glad for this since she didn't want mud on her new shoes or get them too wet. She was still trying to fathom the previous day's events and wondered what Eri would reveal...if anything. Before she realized it, she was crossing the Gatas' field. Pausing in the middle of the white lined arena, she looked around her. Sadly, she found herself drawn to the goal-net on the south end. She stood at the opening and sighed, fighting against the rising depression. Then something Kamei said yesterday came back to her. As the young musume was screaming at a crowd of people she yelled out: "...Gatas' suck...".

"Did Kamei-chan really think that? Did she think I suck at futsbal?" Asami questioned to herself. She began remembering all the games she'd played and the goals she saved...and the ones she missed. She was begining to feel a little heartbroken. But then she reminded herself: "I've signed up again this year. I'm gonna practice harder and be better than ever! They'll see." She declared to herself, trumphantly. Quickly wiping the moisture from her eyes she hurried on the Rabbit's field.

At first, Konkon didn't notice anyone on the field upon arriving.

"Dang! If she is in't here then..." her thought was interupted by a soft moan. Moving about the field, she scanned around and discovered a person sprawled out on by the mound. Rushing to help, Asami found poor Eri unconcious in a pile of dirt, a huge knot on her forhead...part of a word :"ilson" imbeded in her flesh. Nearby and errant kickball sat suspicously.

"Eri...Eri wake up....come on Kamei-chan...wake up!" Konkon called, lifting the girl up and attempting to rouse her awake.

Enter Eri’s mind, still unconscious, Eri seemed to float gracefully with visions of swirly pink dots engulfing her endless surroundings. Her eyes widened as she desperately tried to find footing. A few sift kicks and flailing forearms, she gave up.
 
Kamei was indeed, an avid dreamer. She often dreamt about swimming in the sea with her fellow sea turtle friends, searching for the lost treasure, or exploring the cold depths of space with her dog, Al. But this dream, this dream was one of those dreams where she knew had some sort of deep meaning to it. She always loved this type of dream; it makes her ponder on just exactly what this dream is about. The mind rush it gives her when she wakes up; priceless. Plus it makes her feel fuzzy inside.
 
“ *giggle* No way~! I can’t stop laughing! I-It’s like I have a million butterflies in my stomach!! Mou~~! “ Her arms cradled her stomach as she closed her eyes in laughter. She still floated aimlessly, as if something were pulling her…
 
“ SILENCE!!! “ a deep voice boomed. Even she could see endlessly, the voice echo’d, startling her.
 
“ W-who’s there? And why are you yelling? “ Kamei screamed back, a high pitched tone compared to the deep voice. “ This is my dream! Besides, you didn’t ask if you could be in it anyway… “
 
“ I BECREED, SILENCE!!! “
 
“ Oh brother..! “
 
Out of Kamei’s shock, a giant floating head appeared in front of her.
 

 
“ …Yeah, that’s nice. “
 
“ SILENCE!!! “ The voice boomed, the sheer bass of it, blowing her hair. “ I ASK, DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO YOUNG ONE?! “ Kamei, not outspoken at all, calmly replies as her eyes close and gestures her hand.
 
“ Sorry! But how can I take you seriously when you look like that…“
 
: “ … “
 
“ And just so you know, your image doesn’t fit your voice. Trust me, I’m an idol! “
 
“ … Aw screw it, I’ll come back when you take me more seriously. “
 
Suddenly, Kamei is being pulled away from the floating head with such force; a yelp escapes her lips as she struggles to maintain her composure. The pink surroundings turn into a vast deep black space. All that can be heard is Saito, repeatedly screaming out “ Wedgies for Kamei! Buy Irish Cream Bonds! Wedgies for Kamei! Buy Irish Cream Bonds! “ It was like listening to nails scratch a chalk board. The voice made her spasm. Eri’s hair screams across her face as the speed in which she is traveling increases. It was hard for her to breathe. Still, being the Kamei that she is, she manages to turn her head just in time to see a black hole, which is probably the force that seems to be violently pulling her.
 
She regretted eating that mayonnaise nattou breakfast she had that morning as she hoped to wake up from this dream…

Konno


Not matter how hard she tried, Asami just couldn't seem to bring Kamei back to conciousness. At one point the girl giggled and muttered, but contued to remain asleep. Frustrated Konkon tried tickling her and even looked around for water to pour on her friend's head. but found nothing. She tried to move the girl, but Eri's dead weight was too much for poor Konno and she eventually gave up. Not wanting to leave the young one alone, she sat down beside her and maintained a moody vigulance over her.

Kamei

Light. The burst of light seeped through her eyelids as she slowly opened them up. Kamei still felt a bit woozy, still recovering from the hit.

‘ Maybe I should’ve been nicer to that bug-thingie... I really want to know what that dream is about. ‘

She sat up.

“ Ouhh~~ My head… and damn you Saito and your Irish Crème Bonds. “

She rubbed her forehead, hoping to rub some of the pain off. She spots Konno sitting next to her. “ A-Asami-chan!? “ Being so happy to see her, Kamei immediately reaches out and gives Konno a tight hug. She wasn’t letting go anytime soon. That damned bug-like-looking-thing startled Kamei a bit. Although she does admit it’d look like something she’d draw.

‘ Was she watching me this whole time..? ‘ Kamei thought thankfully. ‘ Wow, what a gal~ I would’ve gotten bored… I hope I didn’t drool… much ‘

Kamei

While hugging Konno, Kamei felt a brief reassurance.

She always felt a connection with Konno. During her time with Sakura-gumi, Kamei, being the only 6th gen member on the team, felt so out of place. With the only 2 people she really got along with on Otome-gumi, Kamei often kept to herself.

“ You’ll do fine Eri-chan! “ Sayumi often told her. But Kamei had second thoughts. She didn’t really know the others at the time and she wasn’t planning on striking a conversation with them anytime soon. “ I don’t want to bother them… “ She always told herself.

Luckily, Konno managed to spot Eri’s loneliness, which sparked the beginning of their friendship. Eri often felt comfort in Konno’s presence. But when the time came for Konno’s graduation, Kamei had mixed feelings. She felt glad Konno reached graduation but at the same time, sad. On the night of the graduation; Konno reassurerd Kamei that they’d stay the best of friends, graduation or not.

Kamei only has a handful of people she can call friends, and Konno is definately among one of them.

Konno

Finaly awake, Kamei jumped up and upon seeing Asami, proceeded to hug her tightly. Konkon smiled brightly. Not only did her friend appear uninjured, but she seemed genuinely glad to see her. This was something the ex-musume always worried about.

"Did people really like me or were they just being kind?" she asked herself. But somehow, in Eri's arms she felt truely wanted...at least for the moment and that was good enough for her...right now. Reluctantly she pulled away from Kamei to get a better look and make sure she was ok. The swelling on her friend's head had gone down some during her nap, but one side of her face was covered in dirt and grass and drool. Konno quickly removed a handkercheif and offered it to the young musume.

"Here ya go, kamei-chan. Are you ok? You hurt anywhere? You look alright. I was so worried for a minute there." she looked up at the end and smiled conceredly at Eri.

Embarrassed about the dirt and grub on the side of her face, Eri silently took the handkerchief from Konno. Eri wasn’t always known to have the best sleeping posture. She remembered a time when she awoke literally hanging off the bed. Among all the musume’s, Kamei and Konno definitely had the worst.
 
Eri looked down at the white and pink handkerchief. It had a cute heart design, but unnoticeable now, due to the dirt and grub Eri rubbed onto it.
“ KonKon, I ruined this... “ Eri said with a soft voice. “Ah! I know! You can have mine! I’ve never used it..” Eri took out her handkerchief from her back pocket, and offered it to Konno with both hands. It was one of Eri’s custom handkerchiefs; she’d drawn a turtle and had it copied onto it. She blushed. “ It isn’t as cute as yours, but you can use it just the same! “
 
After Konno’s reply, Eri slowly stood up, brushing off the grub from her clothes. Eri thought about telling Konno about her weird dream, but she brushed it off. She figured it wasn’t important anyway, and she was known to be weird anyway. Eri packed her ball and took a deep breathe. They both started to head back to the dorms. With a smile, she glances over at Konno.
 
“ Oh! “ Suddenly, Eri remembers Konno’s “ordeal” at the shopping center. She decides to bring it up. “ Umm, KonKon? Remember when we went to the shopping center.. And Saito showed up… Well you did something that day.. “ Eri proceeds to give Konno every detail she remembers of that day. Especially emphasizing on Saito’s “ accident “. Which made her spasm a little.

Konno

After Eri sat up and cleaned herself with Asami's handkerchief, Kamei felt bad about how soiled the cloth became and handed the ex-musume her own.


"Ah! I know! You can have mine!" she said handing it over. "It isn’t as cute as yours, but you can use it just the same!" the young girl added, blushing. Konkon took the article eagerly. The little hand drawn turtle was adorable.

"Awww...Kamei-chan this is sweet. So cute!" she squeeled and put it in her pocket carefuly. "Thank you." she finished with a bow. Konno helped the girl to her feet and as Eri picked up her kickball, Asami followed close beside her. Kamei then began to tell her friend about yesterday in the shopping center. Which was good, because Konkon had been wondering about it all day. Eri went on about the crowd and how Asami broke out into kung fu and how Saito had "exploded" all over the alley way after a borrito binge. By the time they reached the dorms, poor Konno's head was swimming with savage imagery about yesterday's adventure. However, she remembered nothing after Eri had got lost in the crowd. It didn't make any sense. She was sure Kamei-chan wouldn't make up stories about her. But she did have a hard time believeing she suddenly went all Jet Li on their asses. Whatever happened in that alleyway was complete mystery to Konno. One she hoped to uncover soon.
For now she was happy to be with her friend and just smiled as they walked and talked.

Reina

Ayaka, Megumi and Reina made it to the practice fields. Reina surveyed it and saw all of the mud.

"Oh man. Look at all of the mud! We better be careful..." She exclaimed, smiling at both of the senpai with her.

[RatBastich]

Megumi

"We'll just be careful with all this mud around."

As all three begin their run around the field, Megumi eyes the mud, having a very interesting idea come to mind.

She smiles at the thought that comes to mind.

AYAKA

A bit of exercise never hurt anybody! The girls can certainly hold their own by the looks of it. Megumi certainly seems to be enjoying it anyway

Reina

Reina saw Megumi eyeing the mud and instantly she knew what Megumi was thinking.

"Don't tell me she's wanting to do what I think she's wanting to do..." She thought as she kept running.

Megumi

Keeping up their pace as they run some laps around the field, Megumi grins more as she thinks of the dirty fun she has planned.

Giving a sideways glance to Reina, Megumi sees that Reina might've caught on to what she's thinking.

::thinking:: I guess you probably figured out what I have in mind, Reina, but either way its going be fun as hell.

Megumi slows her pace ever so slightly, just allowing Ayaka to have a step in front of her while running.

Mmm, Mmm, Mmm, look at that junk....if all goes as I hope it goes, I'll be getting my hands on that while we do some mud play, be able to play it off as an "in the heat of the moment" thing.

That thought only makes Megumi smile more, as she eyes the prize right in front of her.
