Anyway, I am so happy that my Gravure TV magazine with Gocchin on the cover and my copy of 3rd Station finally came in today! Amazon Japan rocks! LOL I think I might have gotten a first press of 3rd Station, too, because it came in a cool little box with a set of 3 photo cards... Or do all the copies come like that??

to any experts who can help!

P.S. Gocchin looks so cute in the photos! I love her style so much

My first press edition of '3rd Station' was sadly ruined by heat and water (when my house caught fire), but thankfully, the photo cards survived because I kept them in a safer place.

So, I'm thinking, maybe I should get the regular edition this time since I already have the photocards because it's the main thing I went after?

The first press is sold out on CDJAPAN, and I'm not sure Amazon still has it...if they do, then maybe I can get it again and give away the extra cards to a friend of mine.

lmao, My friend killed my original 3rd Station CD cause he sucks at taking care of any CD, but I had the packaging in fine condition so I just got another copy for the CD.

Is HMV a good place for overseas orders? I know many people in Japan uses them since they are a national shop (right?) but overseas users tend to order in YesAsia and CdJapan (what I've been doing for years) but it looks HMV is faster and cheaper. Is all this right? Is it also fast when it comes to ship to Eruope? :p

They use EMS. 5-6 business days in general. Their packaging sucks and no, I don't think they are cheaper, just the same as Amazon and Cd Japan.

I see... I said cheaper because they always have like 1000 or 2000 yens less on their price when a product is announced and it's included in one of their offers, but I guess it's just marketing. Buying a lot of things together and using EMS is what I do for CDJapan. YesAsia is when I want not much stuff.

So the packaging sucks? Damnit ^^

Okay, *totally* had to cancel my order for the Limited Edition of SBT with yesasia and have now re-ordered from CD Japan, which has it in stock! Charoite, you can get it there now!

I'm really bummed, too, because yesasia cancelled my order for the Foxy Fungo PB, stating "the supplier says it is no longer in print"

Is that true? Because I could have sworn I've seen it for sale on Amazon Japan...

^ HMV Japan's shipping is not cheap and they often give you another shipping quote when the goods are ready to ship, usually at a much higher cost.

Charoite is right about HMV's packaging being sucked.

My opinion, if you are just buying CDs and DVDs, use Club Japan and take advantage of their free shipping.

On books/PB, gather all your items and use Amazon Japan, shipping is not cheap but is reasonable if you order more than one item.
Example, the shipping is double with HMV on calendars but with Amazon Japan, the first one is 1500Y and 300Y on the second one.

Oh great! I'm not the only one. LOL They had removed Foxy Fungo from my order which I will still get the CDs but without the book.
And btw, I've already ordered the LTD of "Some Boy!Touch" at Amazon. They have it in stock and now they are preparing the item for shipment. It will be here on Monday or Tuesday. Damn, I wanted to add one more item but it's too late to do so!
I'm still a little upset about not getting my copy of Foxy Fungo. I don't feel like getting it in somewhere else again.

That's true. Last time my shipping fee went from 1500 Yen to 3800 Yen. I was surprised and also pissed.

As for the packaging, Amazon is the BEST.
