Australian Aborigines Win Claim to City of Perth!

I just find it funny that it is found strange that simply because a lot of people live in Perth now, that the fact of the land being stolen is irrelevant.  Look at the same page to see how much a royal shafting the Aborigines still suffer.  Maybe some leverage can be applied against the Aussie government to actually take some steps to rectify the problems these folk suffer, for a change.

this is the best news i've heard in a long, long time. thank god for the independence of the federal courts, hey? let's just hope that the high court hasn't been stuffed so full of cronies that they overturn this.
