Hahha "nice to meet ya"

Heyyyy, Desmund's lil Charlie (aww so nice of him to name him after Charlie) is a Filipino Resident  Mabuhay! I'm glad that they showed more of the Desmund story here cuz I was so curious ever since the season premiere. I'm just curious how no one on the island recognizes him if he's been there before... and I'm still wondering how that ties in into the whole grand scheme.

Did Richard give Locke the compass back so just in case Locke needs to prove himself, he has the proof? I hope so cuz if not, then they're really stuck...

Anyone see anything happening between Sayer and Juliet? I feel like someone's gonna need some lovin' sooner or later and it has to be them two...

So I'm guessing all the fuzzy radioactivity that has to deal with the island is caused by the atomic bomb.... So now everything is starting to piece together! I'm so onto this show <3

Lol. I didn't even think about that.  I hope he did too.  Richard didn't even fully believe him after Locke gave him the compass.  I wonder how time travel works on this show.  So was Richard at Locke birth because Locke told him to be there?  That's what makes sense so far.  I guess we'll see as the season progresses.

^ yeah, I think so... and maybe after this latest flash, he'll believe him.
The only thing I don't know is why Richard came over that one time (when Locke was about 5?) to test him with those weird items. I forgot what item he chose that made Richard flip out. If it was a compass, well then that explains everything. If it was a knife, then I think it was to test Locke if he really was going to be the next leader.

Richard is obviously immortal or an expert time hopper.

Yeah. They're the official island sluts anyway. XD Well, not Juliet so much, but she did sleep with a married man *shrug*

Richard is obviously unaffected by the time shifts but never ages.  He met Ben when Ben first came on the Dharma boats, he met Locke as a child and gave him the test, and Wittmore he knew in 1954.  Damn it!  The show answers 1 question, but makes at least 2 more!

I just watched it! but because I'm a doofus, I read this before watching. It's okay, I love spoilers (even though I was planning to stay away from them as much as I could XD).

Every time someone else got a bloody nose, my sis and I were like "OH NO!" hahaha I don't want them to die ;_;  I wonder if Daniel will get any nose bleeds or be affected by this time travel although I'm sure he's used to it by now.

Oh, and I totally knew it was Rousseau! I was just a bit confused cuz I could have sworn they landed on the main island (where the survivors of Oceanic 815 crash landed) and now I find that they landed on the camspite island of The Others? It's a bit weird. I sorta feel sorry for Jin since he's gonna be out of the loop with all this time confusion and his English is not so good. I wonder how he'll find Sawyer and company though...

I TOTALLY thought it was Sun who set everything up- the case against Kate and Aaron, planning to kill Sayid and setting Kate up, etc. But when Ben and his lawyer met up, it toally made sense that Ben was doing all these set ups and betrayls as a way to piss or scare everyone enough to come back to the island. Oh, you're sneaky Ben.

Kate and Sun looked hottt.

I so knew that Charlotte (sp?) was in the island before. My sister thinks she was Ben's friend taht gave him the doll.
I think Daniel and Richard are under the same circumstances when it comes to time travel. I don't think they know that it doesn't affect them. Desmund on the other hand, totally knows what's going on (well when he "remembers" it). I wonder if Daniel's mom remembers Desmund...

Edit: Scratch that... I think Richard is in his own way a time traveler but Daniel and Desmund are in the same circumstances. My sister JUST watched the episode of 2/11 and I walked in... And I rewatched how Daniel doesn't remember his time hops just like Desmund unless someone spells it out for him that he's not in the right time zone. He doesn't exactly age, but he does change his image like Desmund (Richard NEVER looks different).
Also, another reason why it was obvious Charlotte had been on the island before is in a mini flashback of hers, she found a talisman from the DAHRMA Initiative and she smiled when she found it. She definitely knew about the island in some way or form and now it all makes sense.

Jack's dad isn't human!
i think jack's dad is still "human".  i think jacob uses dead bodies to talk to people.  he uses jack's dad, christian sheppard.  he used eko's dead brother to talk to eko.  he's used boone.  all those bodies are dead on the island.  also...is claire dead?  is that why locke saw her in the cabin with christian?  is that why they have to bring locke's dead body back to the island, so that jacob can use it too?  hmm...

Please will someone remind me what relation Mrs Hawkings has to Desmond?

Another great episode, and things just seem to go from bad to worse. So is it possible then for just Jack, Sun and Desmond to go back? Ben and Mrs Hawkings seem to think so.

^ You have to think back on the episodes that focused on Desmond. You know how Desmond hops through time and when he's int he present, it becomes a memory? Well they went back to the memory of how he broke Penny's heart. He knew he didn't belong in that time and he knew that that event already happened (when he was back in Europe and he met Charlie and then it started raining he realized he didn't belong there) but he just couldn't convince himself. He then meets the old lady (Mrs. Hawkings while buying an engagement ring) where she tells him that no matter how many times this one man avoids something (i think it was death) it was gonna catch him some other way (which of course tied into how Charlie would try to avoid his death). Therefore saying that all this is destiny. So then she tells him that he will break Penny's heart, they'll never be together and that's how it'll be. He'll run away, never to be found, to save the world. Which of course led him to the race and pushing the button after being shipwrecked on the island.

I hope that helped xD

yea...it was a good episode.  haha ben.."no, locke don't kill yourself...LET ME DO IT!!!"  wasn't it funny how the picture of sayid building houses that widmore showed to locke showed sayid in the same position he was in when locke went to go visit him.

Another good episode. I think the creators are trying to make Ben look as evil as possible, but then, how can anyone take what Widmore says to heart either?

I just want to know what makes Locke so special. And after asking outright what made him special, Locke was just told 'Because you are'. ARGH!! No good! I still think Walt has a prominent role to play in the future. He said he saw Locke in a dream where he was confronted by people whilst wearing a suit. So I wouldn't be surprised if in the upcoming episodes, Locke goes through that experience and sees Walt standing and watching from a distance..

Poor Abaddon. "I'm just the driver" *BANG*
