Since the article is supposed to be taken as "gossip" and "speculation", yeah, there probably isn't really much that can be done legally. In all likelihood he probably just injured his back (if he even did) moving some furniture or something, but you know once one of these gossip rags hears about it, they'll find almost any way to make it "juicy".
