I think it's because Erika is quite shy and Maimi is less afraid of addressing the crowds. But that's just the impression I get.

That's what I came up with too, and the fact that Maimi is always around, and Erika isn't for school reasons.

Don't get the wrong idea, none of the girls are picked as hosts, this was just a preview.

Erika, Megu and Maimi are just doing some usual pimping before it starts.

The show is apparently about C-ute getting challenges and such, the preview had some shots of them interacting with foreigners.

The show looks pretty neat! Can't wait for it!!!

And I just de-binded my Berryz/C-ute live PB from WH Land, so expect a JPH!P exclusive of it!!!

EDIT: So, according to their lineup for their joke performance of Special Generation, it looks like Megumi was Miyabi, Erika was Momoko (who she was for Natsu no Kayo last year), Maimi was Risako (who she was for Natsu no Kayo last year), Kanna was Yurina, Airi was Maiha, Maimai was Maasa, Saki was Saki (

), and Chisato was Chinami~
