Once went to a Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong which specialized in
maki (rolls, e.g., California-maki). There was a Japanese chef.
I was there with some friends, and said to myself 'what the heck,' and asked the chef if he had any Goto Maki...

And the chef cracked up!! The friends who were with me didn't know what I was talking about, until I went back to the office and showed them pics of Gocchin. Then they were all saying "yummy!"
