Is a burrito a sandwich?

The question is at the center of a legal food fight between Panera Bread Company, a Mexican restaurant named Qdoba and the White City Shopping Center in Shrewsbury, Mass.

The sandwich shop argued that owners of the mall shouldn't lease space to Qdoba because they gave Panera sandwich exclusivity in their lease agreement.

A burrito is a burrito.....a taco is taco...and if the glove dont fit you probably should have held off the burritos

A couple of bean burritos would have convinved the judge without any complicted analysis in this matter...there is no way a sandwich could produce that amount of gas...therefore not a sandwhich cased closed.
