It seems like a female version of premature ejaculation combined with the absense of a refractory period. Probably a hormonal problem, prolactin or oxytocin?

Ive seen a report of a woman in UK as well if i remember correctly. Even car braking, sudden jolt would give her orgasm, and they managed to interview that woman and she seems ok with it just that she needs to excuse herself here and then.
