I think it's what each senior member calls the others.

Takahashi calls the others "Gakisan", "Sayu", "Reina", "Aika"
Niigaki calls the others "Aichan", "Sayumin", "Tanakacchi", and "Mitsui"
Michishige calls the others "Aichan", "Gakisan", "Reina", "Aika"
Tanaka calls the others "Aichan", "Gakisan", "Sayu", "Aika"

Why is this interesting?
I don't know, except that Risa's names for others are a little different.
