yup yup it is, and I've passed by many times already (since I live in Toronto and I visit my friend in Scarborough often).

Not planning to visit the store at all, since if I do want to go to a maid cafe I would like to go to an "original" one, i.e. in Japan!
That boss looks really OTAKU to me, even if he denies it.

lol I was just there this past summer. Too bad it wasn't open. Guess this will be the new place for otakus to congregate.
