There will be two versions, a Black one and a White one. People speculates that each one will have different kind of her singles and coupling tracks. But if both have the same singles, and saying it's a single collection at the point where A BEST 1 left it, it should be

This seems strange :-| ...February, when she just released Secret in November? I would think she would at least wait a year, like she usually does.

And the cover almost looks like a boot leg

No exclusive songs...It's a pity, don't know if making a best album is really relevant... :/

She's been waiting all these years to put a BEST on the market because she wasn't needing it, but now, all of a sudden, her sales go -300K and that's kind of an emergency for the bosses, even more seeing Secret album sales. So it's the right time to release a BEST and push her back up in the stars. Otsuka and Kumi have taken lots of advantage of Ayu already.

Hoax it could be, but the reasoning which Shaoran proposed, and what I agree with, make it seem true...

Koda Kumi's career had a huge ass spark thanks to her BEST albums, this could probably put Ayu back on the top for the next few years

It seems like Ayumi's productivity in releasing stuffs had higly decreased those years, and there's a gossip that says Ayumi might be pregnant;) so maybe it's time for her to have a break?

I heard that gossip, its impossible, she's doing a complete Asian tour next year...I think Ayu would would have more sense than to go on tour pregnant

okay then. I didn't know about this ASia Tour. Good for her if she gets advantage of her Best Album anyway, even if I think that a Best compilation is less interesting than a studio album :/

I'll def buy it if it comes out, but I don't think Ayu would end her career with a best just because of the the story of the first A BEST, where she was forced to release it as her last album.

Has this album actually been confirmed? If so, avex/Ayu's management sure works fast!

LOL She's definitely got a lot of material for another best album, but it just seems way too soon after SECRET's release

I don't know LOL I'd like to see her wait a while before she releases another best album

^ I know, it seems too close to secret to me also, but I had to look up something on wiki the other day and I noticed they even have it mentioned there o.0

I did even more snooping from there and wiki's source leads to Ayu Unite! Where they credit their source as being from TeamAyu which sounds..er..like an offical group

Oh, well~ Hopefully there will be new arrangements and/or vocals on A BEST 2 like there were for some songs on A BEST

I can never get enough Ayu anyway, but it's always fun to hear old stuff rearranged^^

You never know if Ayu can become a legend like Yuming that has been around since 1972. I wouldn't want her to become a Matsuda Seiko (creepy burikko x_X) nor Nakamori Akina (her voice is still great but noone really cares about her anymore, I guess), but I'm *not* very familiar with older artists, I can't name that many, so well... I'm not even sure if it's better for Ayu to stay and fade to obscurity/nude pbs/variety shows or to leave while she's still respected (like Yamaguchi Momoe did).

A Best 2 still doesn't seem like a good idea to me :/ I mean, if it flops, it'll probably be the end x_x
