^ It's so worth the time you spend... it really got me back into reading again a few years ago when I read it.

About to start Breaking Dawn (the 4th in the series) but I'm all nervous coz all I've heard from other fans is that its pretty crap :(

Lords Of The Bow - Conn Iggulden

The second in the series of historical novels based on Genghis Khan. The first one was absolutely epic I couldn't put it down so this became a quick must buy.

Starting to get a little bored with it though. Which might suck, as there's about 13 volumes in this series so far...

Finished the third and final historical novel of Genghis Khan, Bones Of The Hills. Thoroughly recommended, there would be no problem in turning this series into a blockbuster movie(s) and it's something I would like to see. His life story was just incredible, and how he and his family were rejected by their own tribe but then rose to become a leader of hundreds of thousands and then the conqueror of many cities.

Now reading The Lost Throne by Chris Kuzneski.

Oh, except some of the Japanese words are spelt wrong, which is incredibly annoying at times

Now reading The Night Watch  by Sergei Lukyanenko. It was a gift for my birthday which I didn't get round to reading because I was reading The Lost Throne at the time, and initially I was skeptical when on the front cover it boasts it reads just like a JK Rowling novel. But cast that criticism aside because so far it's absolutely brilliant. It's that old Light vs Dark, Black vs White struggle again but alignments are never quite so clear cut with each character more morally grey.

Also reading Requiem by Robyn Young, the last in a trilogy of fictional novels about the Holy Crusades.
