i am actually excited for this movie. THe trailer looks great. It just sucks that they got actors like tyrese in the movie, haha

i'm still gonna watch though, it might be corny, but i wonder if they kept that transforming noise in there

the new tv spots are pretty wicked! starscream looks cool transforming mid-flight, the action looks white knuckle, and i like how in the bonecrusher vs. optimus chase they have a nifty glide similar to iGPX(atleast it looks that way to me) if nothing else i think it'll be one helluva show to watch~

So apparently there has been a lot of flack coming from the diehard G1 purists over the fact that Hugo Weaving is going to be voicing Megs instead of Frank Welker (the thought being, if you're going to have the original Optimus you should have the original Megs as well). IMO, it's just a movie, just sit back and enjoy the show.

There's a prequel to the Transformers movie, a 4 issue comics prequel.
I dled the first issue and read it earlier.

Myself isn't any dieheart fan of the Transformers, but I ve been watching this since I was a little (lik 4?).
Didn't really know what the story line is about, just knew there was 2 seperate power and it bunch of Transformers fighting each other.

Just can't wait to see this movie, it looks like it's gonna be awesome.

I wonder how the toys will work. The old toys were bulky and somewhat uncool for 21st centyry standards, but they transformed for real

^Old school transformers were made of metal (a good portion of). Most are like 100% plastic.

i'm still geeking out after seeing the new theatrical trailer! they use the original transformation sound, 'nuff said! i was looking forward to this a lot as a child of the 80's but now, oh man....it looks GREAT!

It is all thanks to today's modern technology. The special effects jaw dropping.
