If you live in the UK, you'll constantly hear them being given out to people. Shamefully, my town is the leading town in N.Ireland with the highest number of ASBO's. They're mainly given out to ruddy teenagers who dress in tracksuits and act like they're it whenever they have 7 other stone-eyed, slack-jawed morons around them.
