A Martins Ferry man was charged with public indecency after police said he was driving completely nude, WTOV in Steubenville reported.

LOL, you'd think he would have learnt the first 2 times. He even had photos of himself naked in his car ! I don't quite think he's all there

You can get in trouble for driving naked? Dammit.

It's not the fact that he HAD the photos, but leaving them places? That's just odd. He may NOT be all there indeed.

Then again, I've driven through the streets of Atlanta and saw an ALMOST naked guy driving and rubbing his man-nipple. Maybe it's just a thing.

He was wearing shorts. Short shorts. We were in a gigantic SUV (I was going to prom with a Senior friend of mine, so we rented one) that rose above every other car, and you could definitely just see him.

It was less than pleasant, that's for sure.
