no... as I stated it's part of the Scream! Commercial in H!M.
This is the one where Risa lost the second round of the stick drawing and she had to go through a haunted house to say 2 merchandize commercials. In the haunted house our "lovely" Usagi-chan used the furry stick to wiggle around Risa (thereby getting her scared up) and at the exit Reina + Eri were ready to scare the shit out of Risa.

Sorry couldn't cap the picture since everyone here knows I'm a computer potato!

@ Dj-B13 - Im not sure if it's still at the tracker. I had it before but it got deleted when I had to reformat my PC. Try asking the members here, at least one of them probably has it.
