professional name, i believe Risa still uses kanji..i think Reina only uses both because it would mix up with the other Tanaka Reina...or something along those lines..

The actress is actually "Tanaka Rena" and the kanji for Tanaka Reina and Tanaka Rena is the same, so they spell Tanaka Reina's first name in hiragana.

actress's name is Tanaka Reina...or Rena as Leira said..and the kanji are the same...BUT it wasn't parents' choice to change her name...i believe it was Reina's choice, in order to not mix them up from a professional aspect..
