"Irane" is the same than "iranai", that's to say in English "don't need".

If I'm not wrong, negative verbs ending in "ne" instead of "nai" are Tokyo-ben.

Other examples:
"Don't know"
shiranai -> shirane
wakaranai -> wakkan'ne

LOL. I love to speak with this ending, It's so rude
