But only Megumi wore that. The rest of the girls (Sayaka, Sae and Yuka) wore the normal clothes. Plus, the golden bikini was a "surprise" no one knew about it, not even the other girls.

Meetan (Ohori Megumi) wore the same bikini before on a magazine spread.
In Shibuya-AX, she wore the usual PVC outfit in Blue Rose then took it off later to reveal the bikini.

I remember reading Meetan was a gravure idol BEFORE she joined AKB48.  She was under a different name though.
