And ooh, MaiMai's DVD is out. Awesome! I stopped following it because the release date kept getting delayed. I'll have to order it along with my C-ute and Berryz albums. I can only imagine the hotness it contains.

New PV preview from latest AKBingo. A new graduation song just in time for japanese teens finishing their school time ... oh cherry blossoms, cherry blossoms. PV should have a total lenght of about 8(!) minutes and it's quite ... COLORFUL. Also reminds me of a special Berryz PB!

. Looks like I've got to buy this, even the song isn't exactly what I hoped for. Acchan & Takamina are supersweet there.

At first I didn't like this song, but now that I'm used to it, i quite like it. AKB48's PVs tend to be pretty good. I hope the theatre version comes with a better cover though.. I'm also looking forward to all the kissu shite videos

I actually haven't been too keen on their stuff for a long while now, that's why I kinda moved away from the fandom. I wish they'd release epic singles again like 'Seifuku' or even 'Aitakatta'.

Ahh too bad. I see where you're coming from. The older songs are hard to top.

I kinda skipped the period in which they released:
Keibetsu Shiteita Aijou, Bingo!, Boku no Taiyou, Yuuhi wo Miteiruka? and Romance Irane..

But I like the direction AKB48 is going in. Especially Oogoe, which is probably one of my top #3 fav AKB songs. 10nen Sakura is kinda similar in some parts, so maybe that's why I kinda like it. In addition, they also seem to spend a lot of thought, time and effort in their PVs lately, which is cool.

I'm afraid I'm an "old school AKB" fan. The old songs are much better. Also A5 and K4 sucked like hell!!

Now you got me going, Thunderbolt! A seriously good song that really caught my attention the first time I heard it is Bird for the mix of imagery and sadness it summons with its setting crossing the aqualine bridge.
