A man who was fired by IBM for visiting an adult chat room at work is suing the company for $5 million, claiming he is an Internet addict who deserves treatment and sympathy rather than dismissal.

IMO, he shouldn't access it during working hour.. why making such a stupid statement? if addict then chat at home.. work is work.. if i'm the boss i also sack worker that not productive.. wasting money foe pay only.. somemore wasting workstation etc..

^yeah me also.. stress coz got many assignment to do and test is coming soon..

i also wanna sue tmnut for providing us with slow internet connection..

I am a IBMer and i can tell you, the pressure is tremendous given the stiff competition!! Still, i won't do stupid thing like that to endanger my job...even i though i feel like quitting everyday.
