Yeah, it's interesting how her upper body is really thin but her lower body is curvy. Thin (japanese) girls usually don't have butts (or thighs) that big.

Young Rika is definitely the cutest/sweetest girl I have ever seen. I love her 2nd PB a lot too. It used to be my favorite PB before Hana-bi came out.
Her 2nd PB was like a transition PB: Rika was no longer just a cute girl, she had grown into a beautiful young woman. And the next year she got super hot

I think Rika did look a bit chubby in late 2001/early 2002 (Souda I'm alive period?) though she was no where as scary as the rest of the 4th gen.

I think she still had some baby fat back then (and especially when the 4th gen joined).
