Anyways, it seems like Rika's new manager is called Saitoh who was apparently the current morning musume's manager. Now Icchy is their manager.

His/her(?) twitter name is ->Mg_ys

In the profile, it says "I'm going to be Rika Ishikawa's new manager from now on. But I'm also going to tweet about H!P so if you only want info about Rika, follow @Mg_ishikawarika
