I'm not sure if it's my imagination, but I have this impression that Japanese people are often cross-eyed, more often than other peoples I've seen. By cross-eyed I mean that "each eye look in towards the other eye", like you would when you try to look at the tip of your nose.
I tried to find out more about this on Google and Wiki but I gave up.
What are your impressions regarding this, and if anyone could direct me to any scientific study on the matter, I mean if it's more wide-spread in Japan or not, I'd be grateful.
I guess I have to add that a slight cross-eyedness adds to cuteness IMHO.
