Most analysts are saying he'll end up in Minnesota.  I wouldn't mind that since he'll be leaving the East.

There was a crazy rumour earlier in the day of talks of a Raps-76ers swap for Iverson.  It was something like AI <=> Mo Pete, Fred Jones, 1st rounder + scrubs.  I'm very happy that didn't go down but then it didn't make much sense either.  AI would kill my Raps and completely destroy the "rebuilding" that has been done so far.  I've said it before and I'll say it again, Iverson is way overrated.

no hes not. he might have an ego problem but he skills are still the best in the league. This time its not really his fault since the management is treating him like crap.

Spurs/Lakers game tonight.

Lakers have been doing it and lead their division.
Spurs have a back to back in L.A., tonight the Lakers, tomorrow night the Clippers, who the Spurs just finished blowing out on Friday night.

Sould be a real good game tonight.

I'm pretty sure Iverson is gonna get traded. Can you imagine Iverson and Garnett playing side by side. Iverson would want the ball too much and Garnett would jump on his ass.

AI's contract is huge...Apparently John Thompson is saying it's between the Clippers and the Celtics for Iverson's services.

Jackson: Mexican food.

Q: And what's the worst thing about the state of Texas?

Jackson: Texas.

(Laughter from both the rest of the way.)

Q: Just in general?

Jackson: Yes. The mentality of Texas.

The NBA's gonna put the new ball on the shelf and bring back the old ball, starting Jan. 1st.

Glad to hear that, I am always a big fan of leather ball, never like the grippy feel of the basketball

The Nuggets and Knicks had a throw down near the end of their game tonight.
All ten players who were on the court got involved and were all ejected.

Click the link to read about it and see how it went down.

Pretty scary when they rolled into the stands, but other than that it was good. It was like the Knicks vs the Heat back in the day with Van Gundy dragging on Alonzo's leg. Melo's sucker punch was hilarious. He punched the guy then he ran away..haha

[yt]8J-I8XFb4vw[/yt]

wow, Lakers sure are playing with fire without any D. LAMAR!! How the fuck u let Gilbert Arenas drop 60 on you? Washington 147, LA Lakers 141,  in OT  LMAO Kobe dissed Arenas, something like "those were garbage shots" XD

His trash talking over competitive nature really took over, no defense at all man just one on one again.

It should be announced today what the punishment will be for the players involved in the Knicks/Nuggets brawl.
The suspensions from this will come down hard on those involved, and it could be Melo getting hit hardest, since he threw a punch that landed.

Melo's been lighting it up, leading the league in scoring, but this will end up hurting the Nuggets big, depending on what his suspension will turn out to be.

On another note, I still gotta wonder where A.I. might end up going to.
AFAIK, the Nuggets seemed the frontrunner for possibly getting Iverson, but after the brawl on Saturday, that might have hurt their chances for getting him.

Gilbert Arenas going off and getting 60 against the Lakers, helping his team to win in OT.
Wizards got their 4 game road trip off to a good start....they play the Nuggets next.

The punishments have been announced.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2701228

7 players suspended for a total of 47 games for the Nuggets/Knicks brawl.

Melo got 15, J.R. Smith and Nate Robinson each got 10, Mardy Collins got 6, Jared Jeffries got 4, and Nene and Jerome James got 1 game apiece for leaving their respectives benches when the fight happened.

Both clubs were fined $500,000 each.

I thought the suspensions were gonna be stiffer, since David Stern has a "Zero Tolerance" policy in place.

I havnt been following the NBA for 4 seasons now and I see somethings never change. You'd have thought the previous similar incidents would have served as  lessons for the rest of the league...
