   The Christmas Day Game had me fuckin depressed. Kobe and Lamar have isssues. Dudes had a spat. Kobe threw a TV (allegedly). Kobe's bodyguards had to split them up.

THEN THIS. KOBE SUSPENDED!

I saw that game too (for once lol) and Mike Miller really got it good. But this is the fuckin NBA. Kobe drove to the basket hard and got smacked by Miller. The Czar plays that kinda basketball. The Bigs of the Lakers gotta step it up and smack the Grizzlie's guards. BUT FUCK NO. Kobe got to go in there and do it himself. Back in the day, Karl Malone or Shaq just whooped people's asses if their guards got fucked like that. That's the code of sports.

Laker boy, did you watch the game?  It's Mike Miller driving and Kobe try to foul him, grabbed his arm and end up hitting hiw own face by Miller's arm and have a bleed eye.  Then he retaliated when Miller drive again, but this time Miller passed the ball out and Kobe just raise his elbow and kinda move forward to hit his throat.

He should be suspend for more games.

"Very surprised. Shocked, actually. Very, very surprised," Bryant said after practice Friday. "Angry and frustrated. I've been hit with a couple of flagrant fouls already this year. I've been hit with a clothesline and no suspensions come of that. And I get two games for this?"

Jermaine refuses to play with Artest. I guess they think Jermaine is more valuable to the team.

Bryant did express remorse for his flagrant foul … sort of.

"I wish I could go back in time and take that foul back knowing what I know now, getting two games for it," he said. "No way in my mind did I think it was going to be a suspension or something like that. No way."

Take it back how?

"I'd just hit him a little softer," Bryant said.

I did Rockets boy. Miller drove the lane, Kobe tried to block, and Miller arm went down and slapped Kobe. I am watching that clip over and over. Slow motion. This happens in the NBA all the time. Hard fouls is part of the game. Easy layups, dunks are not allowed. Everyone should get suspended all the time. You enjoy the Euro game then go back to the 50's where they wear John Stockton shorts and swap spit. Welcome to The Man's game. Today's NBA. Yeah, it seems WWE to you but that's The Code.

I remember last year Manu tried to drive the lane and Shaq forearm shivered him. No flagrant. No ejection. No suspension. It's bias because of Kobe's legal case.

And just keep getting jealous ytl. What's this? Kobe earns player of the week honors again? Where is T-Mac??  :D

Bryant earned the Western Conference award after averaging 33.8 points with 5.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest last week, helping the Lakers to a 3-1 record.

Oh, I guess you didn't notice the rules of NBA get changed often.  If those touchy fouls are now being called, it is impossible to not call Kobe's foul a flagrant.  Moreover, Stern has already stated from now on he will be more strict on players' behaviour both on and off the court and that's why we have dress code this year.

Quit whinning, follow the rules and ask your boy don't break them if he doesn't want suspension.  Not even Phil can stand for him this time.  The foul you were talking about is in the past and now the rule has changed, also the league is getting stricter.  I guess if Kobe didn't rape in the first place, the NBA won't need to change the rule and try to improve its reputation.

How's the Karma tastes?

Wait till Artest coming to play for you.  I so want to see another great year of Lakers soap drama.  I love how laker fans bash Kobe now coz his shooting has plummeted, I guess that 62 pts perf can only happens a few times a year.  He still is a ball hog and Lakers basically will put themselves out of the playoff soon.  Didn't you hear about Odom getting tired of pretending like playing with Kobe already?  How's Smush playing lately?  He was all woo and ah in the begining of the season, now he doesn't even get to shoot many...... I guess it's not Kobe's fault again?

Regard to Rockets, bleh..... I don't really care.  I liked them but they are really not up for it this season.  Stromile and Alston are busts, others first team players are all injured except T-Mac now, and even T-Mac is a disappointment too compare to his Orlando days.  Worst of all, they get to stick with that stubborn Jeff Van Gundy aka no offence for another couple years.

I am glad I wasn't such a fanboy to pick T-Mac in the fantasy league.

Man, looking at the Rockets today!
Alston seems to understand the JVG offensive system, playing really well tonight against the Wiz, Swift played well also, can't wait to see Yao comes back along with all the pieces once again lol

And talk about greatness, how about AK47 tonight!
14 pt, 8 reb, 9 assists, 6 st, 7 blk, 1 TO!!!
Insane!

Lastly, it was nice to see CWebb beating his old team in Sacro :)

Jealous of Kobe? Youngest player to reach 15,000 points. :P

Quote
Kobe Bryant returned from a two-game suspension to hit all seven of his 3-point shots and score 48 points Friday night, and the Los Angeles Lakers ended a five-game losing streak with a 119-93 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Second in the league in scoring behind Philadelphia's Allen Iverson going into the game, Bryant moved a fraction in front after Iverson scored 31 points. Bryant raised his average to 33.166 a game to Iverson's 33.090.

I'm liking New Jersey rolling on all cylinders. wonder if Jason Kidd is anyone's fantasy team. OUCH .... Heat got rolled up by the Suns. Last I checked they led 72-50 at the half.

DAMN the roxs lost! i was hoping to see them get a long winning streak going witout Yao in the lineup. gotta give props for raptors shotting lights out like that. roxs played a good game but raptors played a much better game.

i've been following raptors all year long and last night's game was best for them this season. i do hope they make the playoffs since they are the only Canadian team left in the NBA. i did get pretty pissed of at Mike james for being a fucking jackass vs howard.
