Cuban's just an egomaniac who always wants the spotlight for himself.

On a better note, both undefeated teams, USA and Argentina, go at it tonight on ESPN2 at 12a.m. ET.
This should be a good game, the US team hasn't had a real test in this tourny as of yet.

Final Four in the FIBA Americas Tournament today: Brazil vs. Argentina and USA vs. Puerto Rico.

Brazil/Argentina is going on right now on ESPN 360, and USA/Puerto Rico tonight at 7pm E.T. on ESPN Classic.

Only 2 can go to the Beijing Olympic's.

Carmelo Anthony scored 27 points, Michael Redd had 23, and the United States earned a spot in the 2008 Olympics by crushing Puerto Rico 135-91 on Saturday in the semifinals of the FIBA Americas tournament.

With his arthritic left knee feeling pain free for the first time in years, Allan Houston is now "90 to 95 percent" sure he will return to the NBA this season, his agent, Bill Strickland told 1050 ESPN Radio in New York.

Strickland said Houston will hold a private workout with "several" NBA clubs next Tuesday before finalizing his plans.

Phil Jackson enters the Basketball Hall of Fame this weekend, and to understand how he coached his way there, it might help to familiarize yourself with the concept of "antimatter" -- that is, to realize that the opposite of something is still something, not nothing. That way, it makes sense that some of his best coaching moves come from not coaching, that the best way for players to appreciate him is to not play for him.

portland will trade oden due to overflowing centers in their rosters
hawks will still having trouble winning games
mavs will lose again in teh 1st round

Philadelphia and Denver agreed to a deal that sends reserve center Steven Hunter and second-year forward Bobby Jones to Iverson's Nuggets for forward Reggie Evans and the draft rights to Puerto Rican forward Ricky Sanchez.

NEW YORK -- The former Knicks executive who filed a $10 million sexual harassment lawsuit against Isiah Thomas was a rising star forced to fend off the NBA great's clumsy advances, her lawyer told a jury Tuesday.

But defense attorney Kathleen Bogas described Anucha Browne Sanders as a liar who made up charges against Thomas to mask her incompetence.

MADRID, Spain -- Tony Parker scored 23 points and France defeated Germany 78-66 Saturday, moving closer to a place in the quarterfinals of the European basketball championship.

Florent Pietrus and Tariq Kirksay both added 12 points for France, while Dirk Nowitzki led Germany with 28 points.

Yeah, thats what I'm talking about, Tony Parker leading the way in a win over Dirk and the Germany team.
