Very few to none!? I haven't seen one that isn't yet (that I can remember), besides myself; I'd rather go unnoticed. Maybe it's because I've been living in Canada since I was in grade 2 or something. I don't know if it's just me, but for the vast majority (like 99%?) of HK girls, when I look at them I can tell they're from HK right away. This actually happens with some guys too.
