Seems she also bought her self a new iPhone case:

The photo of her in the mall seems to be consistent with the map layout of the Beverly Center (plus there's the floor tiles), but I'm not sure where the tree photo is--might be the restaurant block of Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, which isn't too far from that mall.

I can give you the gist of it, if not translation.

Basically it's questions about the 9th gen like "how did you feel when you heard the announcement?", "what advice do you want to give them?"
I can't read all of it, but from what I can, she was wondering how many members would be chosen, wants them to ask her about anything they have questions about, wants to teach them about what it means to be a member of Morning Musume.

The next box is about her impressions of the new members:
Yasshii: serious, has an image of not talking much, has a smile that's too cute
Eripon: Fukuoka person like Reina, has an image of speaking very clearly, loves idols
Zukki: smiling is like her signature facial expression, innocence
Fukuchan: some stuff about being surprised about her being chosen, she gives an adult-like impression, her looks aren't that of an 8th-grader (middle school 2nd year)
