GOD YOSSI CRYING MAKES ME SAD.

Okay so this is the shot of her looking really upset before it cuts to someone else and then the same clip at the end of the episode:

Anyone with Japanese skills know if the text narrating the shot has anything to do with it?

Thanks for reminding me! I was going to try and translate that bit but it slipped my mind with all the other things going on, like watching the Rika grad DVD

It says something to the effect that they shouldn't be practicing for someone, they should be practicing for themselves.

Dokyu #70 explains the tears but I don't understand everything that they're saying.

In this screen cap, the text says something like:

it is always good that athletes get serious about their sport. its great to see yossi and the rest of the girl put so much effort into it, not just for the hp as a whole but for themselves as well.
