Funny fact:

Has anyone read the manga Power!! (Also known as "Girl Got Game")?

I was reading book 8/10 yesterday and there was profiles on all the characters.
The basketball team leader Imai Tsubasa had Matsuura Aya as favorite artist! >__<
No. 8 was released in 2002, aka during Aya's golden age.

~Also, a * symbol after Matsuura's name (which they spelled right!!) gave an explanation on Matsuura Aya being: Female Artist, is a member of the girlgroup Morning Musume.

They should read up on their H!P knowledge but atleast they spelled it right. ^__^

Just watched the latest Meringue (thanks again Matt ^), and bravo for finally letting Aya take a more active role in the hosting duties.

It was cute how the little girl at the coffee farm was sitting with her and stuff, and definitely major LULZ at the cameraman who kept getting picked on/teased for getting those closeup shots of Aya (especially since it's probably what he's supposed to do).

Oh, and Aya in a wetsuit...

Hey all. I'm looking for the clip of Aya at a concert (I can't remember which one) where she forgets the lyrics to "I Know" (I love the irony in that).

Anyone know if it's up on YouTube or Veoh, or some other site like that? Or at least could someone tell me which of her concerts that happened in? I'm drawing a complete blank.

I think I might have mentioned this before, but when I was in Calgary a few months back, I found Gogo no Kocha (the iced tea that Aya pimps) in one of the asian supermarkets there. I had taken a pic of the milk tea (which was mighty tasty) but never got around to posting it until now.

Just off to the very right of the picture you can see they also had bottles of Pocari Sweat. I bought some of that too while I was there. Sort of tastes like flat 7-Up.

First time poster in this thread..

The only Ayaya songs I know are love namida iro and yeah meccha holiday.. for some reason I never really listered to her other stuff, even though I think Aya is always extremely funny and entertaining when she appears in shows and stuff..

The good news is I went on a little shopping spree and I picked up some single Vs, now i'm really getting into her music.. finally haha.

Okay, I just got through watching the Collabo-Labo special that Aya did with CHAGE (who apparently her dad is a pretty big fan of) from CHAGE and ASKA, and man, simply amazing. It was neat watching the footage of them rehearsing and just talking in the studio. She also does amazing acoustic versions of Egao and Dearest

Aya fans should definitely check this special out. The video and MP3 rips of the songs from it are on H!O's tracker (provided by matthecat

btw, does anyone have a pic of her when she was younger? like toddler...
i have a lil 3 year old niece that i look alot like her, especially when she smiles. the eyes, the puffy cheeks, the very light skin color.... i saw on a program that shown a pic of ayaya when she was small and compare the two. but i wanna show'em to her and my family so they don't think i'm crazy.

My fave Ayaya songs are Yeah! Meccha Holiday, Watarasebashi, Zutto suki ii desu ka and Suna wo kamu you ni.. Namida. What i like about her is that she's Ayaya! She's charismatic, has pretty eyes, nice smile, great voice and she's just chou kawaii~!
