Finally got around to doing the second story.

The 47-year-old television producer.
"I'm home~"

"Did everyone leave?"

On the table are some drinks, instant noodles and a note.
Note: The drink and noodles are some of the commercial tie-ins for this PV.

"Happy birthday!"
"It was late so conversely"
"Here's a list of things we want."
The guy comes home to an empty house ON HIS BIRTHDAY and his family expects him to give
them presents?
How messed up is
that?
The note doesn't make too much sense to me either.

Anyway, the son wants an iPad,
the daughter wants an English cocker spaniel,
and the mom wants one of these:

"It's
my birthday..."

Genkimono!

"So I'll give myself a present."
*glug glug*
Do you see where this is going?

"Huh!?"

"JYAAN"
"EEH!?"

That's right! Genkimono-tamer Mano-chan (Chinese ver.) and her Genkimono appear!
"Ni hao ma!"

"FIGHTING SPIRIT!"

"Don't lose to the situation!"
But just like the last guy, he doesn't get it until...

"YEAH!"
Is it really that easy to get pumped up?

"GENKI!"
...I guess so.

So Mano-chan commands him to "Go to the second floor!"
"Go!"
So he does...

and wakes up the family.
But why?

He gathers them around and I guess he says to his son to use him instead of an iPad.
...by giving him a massage?

*rub rub rub rub*
"That's good~"
So then he says to the daughter:

"Since you wanted a pet, Papa's become a cocker spaniel arf!"
"Dad.."

"ARF ARF ARF ARF"
"Dad's cute!"
"Dear.."
...Well at least that one made some sense, I suppose.
And now for the kicker...

"MAMA! INSTEAD OF A RODEO MACHINE, RIDE ME!"
...so she does.

"whir whir"
"I love you.."
But it looks like someone's been watching all this.

"Alright!"
So, with that randomness out of the way, they go for a more conventional birthday party.

"Cheers!"

Mano:"I'm so glad."
Genkimono:"They all look so happy."

"WHO THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS!?"
And so, they walk off into the night...

*whip cracks*
"WAAH!"

*whip cracks*
"EEK!"
Next time:

Behind the scenes of Mano Erina "directing" the PV!
I may also upload the CM tie-ins at some later time.
