What's wrong with Angelo?! HE CAN MAKE YOU INVINCIBLE! I couldn't have beaten Omega Weapon without him!

I had such the hots for Rinoa back in the day. You can see her in the lineup in the sequel too, they could play off the brief Rinoa/Seifer romance in FFVIII as part of their rivalry in this game. And in her EX mode she could turn into a sorceress (lol spoilers). Her EX attack can involve Angelo or her Angel Wing which greatly increases her magic attack and has that multi hit meteor spell that looks perfectly suitable as a final flashy move.

You don't need angelo's invincibility when one of the cards gives you 3x hero drink :D

And see look, what are you saying now! you're talking about the stupid dog being in the game!!!! arghhh

Ah but see, I know about Hero Drinks and I think Selphie maybe had a Limit Break that made you invincible too (though can't be sure) but it was when the party was down on it's knees fighting Omega Weapon that Angelo came in to save the day with casting Invincible Moon and I went on to defeat it. For that I am forever grateful XD

XD I just used normal attacks XD normal attacks of high damage and defend when it cast the unstoppable death beam thingy. Then Zell (who had Defend) would also use Revive to revive the others and Squall would be in Yellow therefore owning him with Lionheart  :yep:

Lightning fight (the player sucks lol)

And some scans from Famitsu, I think:

Take a look at the screens a little closely, and you'll see 4 characters on the screen. Apparently it's an assist system, like Marvel vs Capcom, where you can 'tag' another character and have them come in to deal some additional damage and maybe keep a combo going. You see it in the video above actually around 35 secs in and see Warrior of Light helping Terra. I don't know how true this next piece of info is, but apparently, the full cast from the first Dissidia returns and there's also some support for anyone with a save file of the first Dissidia, though it's not been mentioned what it is.

Supposedly, there's also a trailer already shown at TGS confirming another character. Can you guess? I'll give you a hint, I suggested her inclusion in the previous page :D

I'll definately keep an eye out for this trailer.

I'll say only one word...: TIFA!!! XD
But it would be cool, if the 12 characters form the first Dissidia game can be playable too!! <3

Yeah, so will MGS Rising. Everything is getting 3Dified.

But since it is an MMO, would it cause more eyestrain from playing too long in 3D. RPGers have a nasty habit of grinding lotsa hours in their runs.
Actually, do people's eyes get more tired when playing something in 3D. Or is it just the same as playing in 2D?

No idea. But the 8 hours a week/day (can't remember which) limit might prevent the pain of 3D gaming for long doses *shrugs*

Seems like everything I found out about Dissidia is true! If you can't hold out for a better version here's off camera footage of the TGS trailer:

Ah hearing that sound of Dissidia's music again, sounds great. Also shown was footage of FFXIII Agito. Looks pretty sweet, I was always interested in it since they announced it was for the PSP.

And would you believe it, gameplay from Versus XIII Only 30 secs long but I never thought I'd live to see the day!

SE had got to be the biggest ass hole company. They even bloced all their trailers during the live stream of the conference. I mean are they intentionally trying to be dicks to the fans? :panic:

Hmm looks like it. I can only assume they want be the first ones to release the trailers, all in the best possible quality of course. Ideally companies don't want any off camera footage leaking out on the net as it can lead to a bad first impression or what have you, so it's not just SE doing it. Although this is the first time I've seen a company actually force someone to remove posted videos.

*EDIT*

Kotaku are hosting the same videos on their site, but only of Versus and Agito. Dissidia will have to wait.

The TGS trailer for Dissidia's sequel finally gets unveiled

It's officially titled Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy : Duodecim. SE and their names for games eh? At the end it's just called Dissidia Duodecim so I'll stick with that.

WoL looks more effeminate than ever lol And they cut the reveal of Tifa at the end of that trailer! But I absolutely saw her at the end in the leaked video, in an ingame cutscene squaring off against Sephiroth, honest! You'll see! Eventually! :nervous
