According to Wiki, Lucas intends to release the trailer around Thanksgiving 2007, when the film's title will be unveiled.[40] Hasbro and Lego will produce toy lines for the film, and LucasArts will produce video games.

YES. I'm super excited about this. Indiana Jones is full of nothing but win. I have faith that this movie will follow suit.

And Spielberg describes it as ""the sweet dessert I give those who had to chow down on the bitter herbs that I've used in Munich." Har har.

My friend from France went over to America to hang around the film set. He was dressed as Indy and because he'd travelled so far a couple of local news stations interviewed him. I can't remember where it was now though. He got a few long distance pictures of Ford and Spielberg, nothing too exciting. He loved it though.

Hmm... that would be the Big Island. Waterfalls and lush greenery. They filmed "Raiders" on Kauai (unfortunate that Indy couldn't speak Hovitos). Not sure that I'd want to fly over from Oahu just to check out a film shoot but I am thankful that they're actually going through with this project -- something that shoulda been done ten years ago.

So it's the 1950s and Indy is a senior citizen. Hope they don't go too over the top.

Iirc he already stated he's not gonna be in the movie. It would have been so cool to have Ford and Connery together again. But at least we still have Ford.

Good to hear Connery is in it, not a fan of his but thought he was great The Last Crusade.

I have a sneaky suspicion that this is going to go the way of other 80s revivals.

I remember seeing a quote from Harrison Ford that all of the action that we expect is still going to be there.

I have my doubts.

I just found out that the movie is set in 1957... That means there's no nazis in this one

Although the crystal skull probably means that they're in South America, maybe they find some old ODESSA-SS-men to fight against.
