Yuko was my initial favourite when I first heard of AKB48 and only knew a few names, soon surpassed by Mayu when I learnt more girls but she's always been within my top 4 and just one of the best members. From what I've seen she makes a great actress, her real strength to me lies in her awesome dancing during AKB48 performances and her over-the-top genki character.

this happened to me as well and I do agree with everything Jul3 said  though I'm hoping for a few more years.. I'll break down seeing her leave, My Oshiri sisters

I think when she does it will split between a bunch of people

Captain wise... Mocchi or Kana

Center will most likely be Tomu for the future but presently nobody should be

You're right.  None of the rest are senbatsu members but Jurina will never be a full time AKB member so she is out for leadership but they do have experience within the team for leadership based on years.  As for anyone to shine from the team, it'd be hard to consider anyone to come out and do it immediately

And consider that they lost a shitload to graduations and/or lose concurrency in one year

Tomochin, Sayaka, and Sae

It's no surprise to see that they are weak but I always feel that from the ashes rises the phoenix so you never know what will happen for a year or at least someone to come out and shine.

You can also consider that Janken Taikai helped Jurina, Kitarie, Hilary, and Nao

I think for now make them an underdog team and build from there.....

First look, Mayuyu, Yuko, Yukirin, Jurina, Rena, Kojiharu on mechaike to be broadcast on November 16th

Though some netizen already pointed that TokyoSports isn't reliable source, i still glad that my Oshimen would graduated form AKB.
If the rumor is true, by the end of this year probably at 8th anniversary of AKB Theatre.
Then i guess she still participate at Request Hour 2014 (final day would be held @SSA on 6th April).
I hope she got her graduation ceremony at that event. Though the venue is not grand as Dome (Acchan, Sayaka, Tomochin @TokyoDome, Mariko-sama @FukuokaDome), but i think its still big.
And i don't want AKI-P invest much money to rent TokyoDome.
I prefer AKI-P write some good movie script and became producer, then put Yuko as main role that said movie.
Granted, it would be the best graduation gift ever.
If AKI-P read this, i think he would agree remember Densen Uta guys? 

About TeamK, i know that Yuko's role is vital. But i think teamK would be fine.
Team K is not the strongest team, but they are the most solid team.
And i don't think team K needed Sae-chan. If Yuko graduated, it would be Kuramochi team K or Shimada team K.
