*waits for a US SSBB rip to appear online somewhere soon*

Seeing as there's no release date even set for Australia, I shall resort to piracy until they decide to release it here. I just wanna play this game already!

I'm barely about 22% done with SSE. Would have probably done more but my mom had me do a bunch of crap around the house which took a few hours of my expected playing time. -___-

I think my other wii remote is dead though so can't play multiplayer :/
Just put in new batteries and it won't light up or anything...

For Toon Link. I said so before. some of the tips outside are still a little iffy. I don't think it even matters who you use when playing classic!

I'm guessing he doesn't even challenge you in classic, unless you've finished SSE (or at least gone pretty far). Because I remember he was the last character I got (after Sonic... which is also near the end).
So either keep Brawling or SSE'ing+classic. Same for Wolf, Jigglypuff...
(I actually like the idea of multiple ways for unlocking stuff, to suit the player. more games should do this... instead of always doing the kill all 1000 enemies in 5 minutes in super hell mode and S ranking)

I could be totally wrong about this though! :D

Not exactly a spoiler, toon link doesn't show up in SSE... maybe cos he was one of the last characters added to the roster, or fear of a "Link timeline paradox"... XD

So keep burning SSE guys! :shakeit:

They have those, kind of. We have this thing you just set two wiimotes on and they charge. It comes with a special pack/back for the wiimote and everything. I can't remember how much it cost, but it was well worth it. Definitely beats spending a million dollars on batteries that you have to change like twice a week.

Anyway, to stay on topic... SSBB FTW.

My friend code is 7067-2306-2263-8008 for those looking for online play. I'm not online on the Wii often, but if you see me on chat and want a game, give me a shout.

Yeah I've seen pics of some, but for some reason I just want an official wii charger(if they ever come out with one), like the 360 official one. But idk, maybe I'll get one of those soon if I become to desperate, because I'm tired of buying fucking AA batteries.  Did you get you rechargeable thing at a game store?

I got Snake today. I kinda figured it would be hard to get him because of..who he is. But he was super easy

i use regular recharger and rechargeable batteries for my wiimotes.

i had a problem where my wiimote wouldnt work. i accidently hit it against a table and it stopped responding. the next day, i tried smacking it and it miraculously worked again.

I could use my GC controllers too but I'm gonna have to move the wii to some place else, since the controllers go into the top. But there is currently no place to put it but the floor...

If the wiimote doesn't start working somehow I think I'm gonna buy a new one and return the borked one in the new packaging >_> I just need to figure out which places take back returned merch or atleast exhange it... I see the worst that can happen is I end up with 3 working wiimotes. :P

i got my copy on the day it came out, but only have time to play with it for a couple of hours total.  plus i haven't play any games for years, much less fighting where hand-eye coordination is crucial, so i suck, at the moment.  i got beat by my little 7 y.o. cousin.  he's at the age where all he does is play game and he also own the previous smash bros. game so his skill is better than me.  everytime he beat me, he boast his win.  i may suck now, but i hope i can regain my prowess and gaming skill that i had back in the day.  this is what happen when all u do is study and work and have no time for games for the past 3 years....
and that is also why i don't think i can stand up to those online.  maybe later...

btw, i like to play mostly as pikachu... that cute little mouse packs a quite a punch...
and Ike is my second fav.

If I'm not here, at school, or eating, I'm most likely playing this damn game XD

(though I did skip lunch today and played in my friend's dorm on campus for 3 1/2 hours straight >_> He had stuff to do so we had to leave :/)

I'm still at that damn maze thing in SSE though, I just hate having to back track >_>
So I pretty much just have the characters that you get from playing that much.

This is a really bad time to be doing this since I have so much crap to do for classes x_x

As for online play, I can't seem to be able to connect to a game... but I can spectate...

Congrats Slack!

I haven't had a chance to play today - tomorrow will be different. Meta-Knight is my early favorite.

SSBB uses a 12-digit code rather than the 16-digit Wii code. Mine is 1676-3425-9330.
