The worst thing is that I´m not surprised at all. Bad news related to H!P are too usual lately... -__-

When it says it's being replaced is it something H!P?
Wasn't there news of that kids show before? Could that be the replacement?? I hope not cuz i was hoping that was gonna be a bigger thing than a 5min show.

Well when it changed from musume dokyu to uta doki it was good so the new change might be good??

The timeslot that Uta Doki! runs in is basically TV Tokyo's "late-night H!P program" timeslot, so yes, the replacement program will likely be another H!P program. (Futarigoto, Bishoujo Kyouiku, Idol o Sagase, etc. also ran in this timeslot.)

Uta Doki's been running for a while now so I can see why they decided to end it, though I liked it a lot. I hope the replacement program will be just as good.

That's disapointing that it's ending, but if it's another H!P show, then I'm ok with that

Make way for Uta Doki@, a five-minute segment of dogs licking themselves to the tune of classic pop songs.

Sorry, I'm still bitter :(

If the rumor about the H!P Kids show was true, that might be the replacement program. Maybe it'll be like the later episodes of Musume Dokyu! where members talked about themselves and/or did some stuff, but with Berryz and C-ute members instead of MoMusu members. (Though I'd rather see a later-Dokyu-esque show with all the H!P members - they already did that before with Futarigoto, though...)

I hope it is replaced by another H!P show that regularly features Yossi, because if this means one less opportunity to see her, I'm going to be so upset. I would be left clinging to Ongaku Gatas which, while it is a beautiful, beautiful thing (ISHIYOSHI!), is most likely more short-term than I would like it to be.  :(

Why does Hello! Project constantly leave me feeling as if it has kicked me in the groin these past few months? Uta Doki's a good show! Why get rid of a good thing?

I.
don't.
get it.

I wasn't a huge fan of uta doki, but when I first heard of the news I was sad. Hopefully it's going to be replaced by something that's still H!P-related. Something with the kids wouldn't be bad!

Because HP as an institution has spent the last ten years trying to avoid stagnation by having a high turnover on everything.  From that perspective, it's not really surprising.  Doesn't keep me from panicking whenever they announce something like this, though

Makes me wonder if people panicked this much when the past shows in this timeslot got canceled

It's still kind of doinky, though - I wanted someone, preferably Ai-chan, Ayaya, or Yuko, to sing "Nanpasen" by Nakamori Akina. I love that song. I wonder if someone did sing it on a past episode (I'm really behind on Uta Doki!).

Nope, nobody sang it. And it's not going to be sung on any of the upcoming eps either. Aw, spork. Ayaya would have been awesome on that song. I should upload it so that everyone can experience how pure awesome "Nanpasen" is.

Yeah, and I can see it from that point of view, but I still feel compelled to whine until they leave alone the things that I like.  :P

Uta doki was something I was never really into, although I did like a couple performances here and there. It would be nice to get a different type of show where all the H!P girls can play.

So this isnt really TERRIBLE news, it's not as though something H!P is being completely pulled off the air, just something new will be on, which is really exciting.
to be announced.

No it's not, but for some fans, it was the one place the members they really enjoyed show their talent when they don't ever get to otherwise. I'm pretty sad about it myself. I would say that they may replace it with something better, but I'm not feeling it right now.

but isn't uta doki shown late-night?  i don't think BeriCute would be shown @ night, most likely around the same time HM@ is shown.

whatever show is gonna replace this, hopes it's a H!P show and hope it's a good one @ that.
