Ah. I apologize. It said "Sign it within 15 minutes or else you'll lose your turn!" and it had been several hours.

but you have a 15 minute time limit. it gets unorganized when people don't follow that. If you don't make it by that time its the responsibility for the next person to follow up, and then for the next if that person doesn't do it. It's been hours since shinora, you and bx_lemans called your turn but nobody did it, so carrie did what she had to do according to the rules.
