SISTERS! Tell us all about it egirl
Of course! I was totally without internet last night so I couldn't post about the concert right then. So...where do I begin???
After picking up my sisters, we left for ATL at 12pm and got there around 3ish, dumped our stuff at my friend's apartment (who graciously let us stay there while she was out of town), then left around 4:15pm to the venue. After several wrong turns (no thanks to my GPS) taking us to a ghetto and scary area in ATL, we finally found the venue where a long line had already formed. I was trying to find parking so I went around to the back of the building. All of a sudden my youngest sister yells from the backseat "Wooyoung!!! Wooyoung!!!" [from 2PM] Me and my sisters all turned to where she was pointing to at a window on the 2nd floor. Then I did an absentminded thing and backed up the car (on a one way street) but luckily there was no one behind me. Then we rolled down our windows and yelled out his name again, then this figure pops up at the window and quickly waved at us then disappeared. [/fangirl screams] But the rest of us were a bit skeptical because we didn't get a good look at him, but my sister insisted that it was him because as we were driving by she looked up and saw a guy looking out the window and down at the street. When she recognized who it was she banged at the window and flashed the 2PM sign that she made and he laughed when he saw it. hehe Oh yeah, while we were yelling out the window, this lady on the sidewalk walked by and looked at us like we were crazy folk.

After we found parking, we stood in line outside the venue. There was a huge line for the regular ticket holders and then a shorter line for the VIP (woot!) The VIP ticket holders were to come around 5 - 5:30 to be taken to the meet and greet, but we stood out there in the Hotlanta sun until 6. When they finally let us in they said there wasn't going to be any autographs which really sucked because we were told in the email that there was going to be one, so my sisters were disappointed that they won't get their homemade signs signed. But we got to take a picture with both groups but it was only ONE camera/picture per group and we had like 5 cameras on us LoL It was UNREAL, when we were next in line we looked at them and were like wow, they look exactly like the pictures/videos.

And when it was our turn we were speechless, cuz we were talking in the car about doing and saying all these things to them when we meet them, but when it came down to it we were just

LoL So we stood in front them (though now I wished we got to stand in between them), they were all taller than us since they were wearing kill heels, but I'm sure without them they'd all be an inch or 2 taller than us. Sunye asked if we were friends and my 3rd sister (aka YGladies admin Julie) answered that we were sisters. Then I felt a hand on my shoulder (it was Sun Ye!) and *click* went the camera and it was over.

Then my sisters did a shy "Fighting!" to them and Yubin did a "Fighting!" back.

(she's just as dark as us

) And as we were walking away from them my 2nd sister almost went creepo on Ye Eun or in her own words "I almost caressed Yenny's hair!" cuz she thought her hair was sooo pretty.

Then on to 2PM, they were wearing their black "Without You" outfits which didn't help them because their background was black and their lighting was suckier than WG's. But they were super TALL! And my sisters showed them the signs they made and they were like "Oh, wow." Then Chansung accidentally hit my arm as he was putting up a peace sign and said "Oh, sorry." (can't believe he's born in '90) One of my sisters said Junho's chest was on their back and another brushed against Nickhun. LoL Then *click* it was over again and did another shy "Fighting!" and they were like "Thanks guys.", "Enjoy the show!" Then the tour staff handed us 4 8x10 posters of the same Wonder Girls picture and told us to exit to the concert hall. The pictures had this big space on the top which I assume were suppose to be where they would autograph it. Needless to say that this VIP package was totally NOT worth $150 compared to the $35 regular ticket. I'd say it was at least $50 - $90 for what we got. Anyone know how the DC VIP went? If they got autographs I'll be mad. LoL Anyway then when we entered the concert hall and realized it was not that big, we originally wanted to sit on the first row of the balcony since it was seated and we'd get a good view of them. But seeing how already close we were to the stage (we were on the railing of the far left side) we decided to stay there and "get our money's worth" even if it meant we'd be standing up the whole time. But it wasn't that bad since there weren't any tall people in front of us thank goodness. So we waited for another 30-45 min before the doors opened for the regular ticket holders and all of a sudden a stampede of people came in and almost squashed us VIPers that were already there. This guy was all up my 2nd sister's back and she was like "Really? Really now?" I've never seen her look that mad before. LoL And these 2 girls were trying to push their way through but we were like don't let anyone get through us LoL I remained stuck to the rail the whole time.
blah blah blah Now the concert! 2PM came out and started off with their recent song "Without You" We recorded and took pics the whole time. Then they introduced themselves and apologized for Junsu not being there (but now I heard he's joining the tour now. Argh.) Then they sung "Heartbeat", "Again & Again", "I Hate You", and "10 out of 10". Chansung had this smug thug look the whole time sporting a black beanie looking like a burglar

Nickhun's hair is so light and so was Junho's, I kept getting them mixed up, Wooyoung is adorable, and Taecyeon has awesome hair.

During one song Taecyeon came to our side of the stage and teased us by lifting his shirt up a bit. My sisters caught it on video but it was shaky cuz they were freaking out.

One of my sisters noticed that Nickhun was doing Rain's chest wave move from his "Love Song". It was surreal and normal at the same time in that we were familiar with their performances cuz we watch it over and over so it looks normal to us, but now we were actually seeing it before us and noticing little details like the muscles moving in their arms, the shoes they were wearing (black old school Reebok Pump), and seeing the things going on in the background that's not normally shot by the cameras. Well they got the crowd pumped up for WG.
A white curtain dropped down on the stage and some stupid people in the front were trying to lift it up but the security guards came over to hold it down. A video promoting Korea was playing then a few mins later...show time! A spotlight showed each girl's name and dancing silhouette and then the white curtain falls down and then...WONDER GIRLS!!!!

I don't remember the setlist but they looked awesome! I have to say that Ye Eun is just perfect. I had my eye on her the whole time, her curly long black hair to her legs.

Sohee is adorable and tiny, Yubin is so cool (made eye contact with her at one point), Sunye is beautiful, and Hye Lim is awesome, so so so so so much prettier in person. Some of the highlights I remembered...
- Ye Eun lost her sunglasses during the intro song so she was the only one not wearing one
- Ye Eun had a major fail when she yelled out "What's up
D.C.!" Did one of these

and corrected herself. She later apologized and said that she was so nervous that's why said the wrong city. That's ok, we still love you Yenny

- Sohee kept rubbing and blinking her eyes a lot, I think her makeup was stinging her eyes. (I know the feeling) I think she kinda teared from it. awww
- Their solo performances: Hyerim - Lil mama's "Lipgloss", Yubin - BEP's "Boom boom pow", Ye Eun - Duffy's "Mercy", Sohee - Beyonce's "Single Ladies", Sunye - Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi"
- We had an audience fail when they sung in accappella a line from a song and pointed the mics to us be NO ONE said anything, so they had to continue it. Turns out it was their song "This Time" but it was in English so we didn't know what song they were singing.

- The girls wearing white, Ye Eun playing a white piano and "snow" falling on the stage for the song "Saying I Love You". So pretty~
- Didn't care much for their PCD and Destiny's Child covers but they did well
- Sohee's still not that great of a singer
- Ye Eun tripped on the mic stand during their "Nobody" performance, she and Sunye laughed about it. Later she went to say that she won't forget this night.

- During their encore for "2 Different Tears" Sohee had a wardrobe malfunction with her top (the strap broke) so she ended up holding it up with one arm across from Yubin's rap to the end of the song. Poor thing but she stayed professional and performed till the end. After the song she was about the run off stage but they had to do a final bow and Hyerim reached out her hand to her but Sohee couldn't take it cuz it was the hand holding up her top. Edit: oh damn, looks like her wardrobe malfunction happened since her first line of the song. Looked like she tried to fix it but didn't work.
someone's clip
Overall it was a great concert, the stage wasn't spectacular like their music show performances, it felt more like a little showcase. The girls were sweet, very human yet professional. My only problem (other than the suckish VIP) was that it was too short. It started at 8 and ended about 9:30-:45. But they did well for one of their first American concerts. I still find it funny that it's called a "World" tour when they're only in US and Canada, perhaps they'll spread out later. The audience seems to be a mix of kpop fans, new fans (c/o Jonas Bros), and Korean families

There were probably a few hardcore fans, I felt like I was the only one doing fanchants and dancing along during their songs, our side was pretty dead. LoL As for the after party, we didn't go for the sake of my 2 underaged sisters, instead we ate at the 24 hour Korea restaurant cuz we were freaking hungry after all that. We sweated so much and the $4 bottle of water sold at the concert was a rip off. And of course, my sisters fangirled about it in the car all the way back to my friend's apartment. The end.

Now I'm gonna go through all the pics I took. My sister will have to send me their pics/vids later. I really want to make a video of Ye Eun's fail saying the wrong city.
