great rendition of pepper keibu. only thing is that sayu's final YON does sound a bit out of place. BUt where 's the Junlin love? i do hope that they at least have equal screen time in pV like the rest. or are they featured in Romance? anyway , there seems to be no trace of mitsui in both songs as well/.

Listening to both rips now...

I love how 'Pepper Keibu' starts off all retro & then moves into a more modern, dance-y rhythm! 'Romance' is still my favourite track though.

I'm reminded a lot of early Momusu in this single. & everyone sounds great, especially Reina!

It's "pepper keibu yo", it's just the way she's pronouncing it.

Y'know, when I first heard this was going to be a cover single I was somewhat upset. I had been wanting covers of older songs from H!P groups so I don't really know what I was upset. I guess I just wanted more new songs like the upbeat singles we had been getting. Luckily hearing the songs means that I won't be cancelling my order. I recently have been into Pink Lady and Pepper Keibu hasn't really been on my top favorites, but I like this rendition of the song. A lot.

The b-side is really nice too. This is going to be a great single. I really need to stop doubting my favorite group, because it doesn't seem like they can do bad in my eyes when they get new releases and such.

I think part of the reason I'm enjoying the songs outside of the awesome that they are, is that the distribution of lines is actually going to more than 2-3 members. I'm glad Sayu got her wish for actual lines and not just yelling or sounds. I do find it to be a bit of a shame that something like this can't be in their original songs.

I'm really looking forward to the PV and how they'll be dancing to the song.

Right, so I'm weird and just counted the lines each of the girls get to sing and

Sayu has as many as Ai-chan at 9

Gaki gets the most with Reina

(even though its only one more)... The line distribution is great and really pleasing, unless you happen to be an 8th gen, specifically a Chinese one

initially I was disappointed at the single being covers...but seeing as how I now have the radio rips on constant repeat my opinion has certainly changed. The PV is making me like the song even more.
