I've noticed no one has been saying much about this ep anywhere. But then about all I can think of to say is there just isn't all that much to say.

Maybe it's that not having a studio segment or at no point having the whole gang around makes it feel incomplete. Miki didn't seem grumpy nor did she particularly molest the animals, so maybe that left a feeling of emptiness.

But there was the unintentional (or not?) porn when the particularly lovely ai was bound to enjoy the view...

She didn't really have a reason to be grumpy. Like she put it herself, she got to hang out with animals and eat djingis khan. Cocky on the other hand...

Me too. These ones weren't even particilarly cute either.
H!M has got boring lately. I want the skit back, and fun stuff like the dangle game and last phrase karaoke and monomane contests.

Hm, I did like the change in voice Takitty excibited when the 'wanted' something

Aside from the above 'bondage' highlight, the other one I think is that they tricked the announcer in getting his hands 'dirty'.

The constant recaps in this week's H!M made it nearly unwatchable for me. They must really run out of footage/ideas if they have to stretch one segment this way to fill up the time.

Only good thing: the clip during the piggie race made me watch that episode from 2005-04-03 (coincidently my birthday) which was absolutely hilarious.

Maybe I should start watching old eps instead each week to compensate the "urgh" effect of most of the recent H!M's.

Just rewatched Speed Wagon's appearance on Entertainment Restaurant. Still awesome.

Oh wow, apparently the writers noticed animals alone wouldn't suffice. So, instead they mix them with "let's go on a date"?

At this rate they're better off just ditching H!M and just spend time on other stuff. >_>

BORING :evil: :evil:

sad to say, today's HM was the final straw. This was the 1st time in my history of watching Hello Morning that i decided to completely skip off the main segment after a few minutes into it. Add to the fact that Miki or Eri wasnt in it made me lose interest in it. I'll say add some new corners to H!M or face the risk of losing some TV ratings from here on.

Of course it was not all that bad. The live performance of Melodies was great, the chemistry was perfect but aya looked a little tired. Miki on the other hand looked great, oozed boundless of energy. The dance was OK but the song was really nice. overall nice performance from GAM.

The hakkan segment, though still involves running up flight of stairs, was interesting in the fact that this time they had to speak into the speaker which was placed inside a box. Which of course made it more difficult and funnier to promote their stuff. Eri's fans should watch out for that split second where she was so gasping for air that she winked. No screen capture here but you guys should watch out for it. :c16:

Unfortunately, next week's H!M involves more pets. The only thing that will make me not skip the whole segment is because of rika + taka + gaki combi, which promises lots of funny moments (i think). Other than that nothing much to look forward to for next week's edition which is sad....

Yeah, hm has gone to the inu.

I was kind of thinking I miss the date episodes, and that is sort of what we have with the dogdates. But because where dogs are allowed to go is very limited, the possible roke are very limited. I wonder how many of these there will be. Probably a few too many.

Seems like all the segments lately had some good aspects along with some nasty builtin limitations. The world games were kinda fun and they had some cool guests, but the activities were too limited to make the best use of the guests (though it made it easy for them) and those school outfits were not very flattering. Doing the cm segment out and about is cool, as are the current outfits, but stair climbing (and before that rollercoasters) gets a bit tedious after a while. And I worry about getting used to musclebound bighead gaijin guy and eventually not being creeped out by him.

I wouldn't mind them steeling a few things from tensai simura zoo. Imagine sayu and yuuko taking care of pandas for a day or reina walking a kangaroo to the corner store.

I'm wondering, are the dogs that were shown in today's episode and next week are owned by the girls? i.e. today's dog is owned by Yossie. Next week we have Rika + Ai-chan + Gaki-san bring their own?
