Hey guys, I'm trying to talk to a friend right now. I've met this Bryan guy through him once and they're buddies. He doesn't really think it's appropriate if I get him to ask Bryan directly. He says the best way is just to have a representative from JPH!P to contact to Bryan. Just say we heard about this and that and we have an X amount of committed people who would like the same thing. And you know what? If AX is gonna have to deal with accommodating EVERYONE who asks then they might just say fuck it all and no deal, which makes everything fair play.

But it's also possible that they'll get a "free" section and not like middle front or whatever. I'd be pretty pissed off if I paid and waited and front row was already all taken. So if they're gonna be doing some deal, then I think we should pitch in, too. If not, then I can just assume my original plan of waiting in line all day. As long as it's all fair game, it's cool.

Haha, we should just get UFA's attention. HI THERE, please make us your official cheering squad and put us UP FRONT kthnx.

Well anyways, let me know what you guys think. I wanna try to help some bros out here.

yeah, were working on getting some representation for this too.

on a different note, in irc we've been discussing what kind of gift(s) we should give to the girls at the panel/autograph session. Me and Fenrir think the best idea would be a hueg JPH!P gift basket full of candy, stuffed animals, a small journal/booklet with stuff, short letters, commemts written to the members from us, jph!p shirts.....and possibly our cellphone numbers. as for the stuffed animals, one per girl would be the best. a turtle for eri, a cat for reina, a bunny for sayu, a monkey for ai-chan, etc.

thoughts on what to give the other girls for stuffed animals, candy, other items?

Also for the the booklet of letters:

We were thinking of handwritten letters as that's more meaningful, but we'll have to set up a deadline so people can get their letters in in-time. And we'll have to set up a limit. Maybe about a page or something and also the size of the paper... Anyways, the logistics is still being worked out, but if you want to write something keep that in mind!
In the end we'll be putting everybody's in a big scrapbook or something.

also watch the content lol, just be smart about what you say lol. We're thinking one main letter representing jphip, and then the individual letters after. if you want them translated, its up to you to find someone to translate it in to japanese for you (there are several people on the forum who speak japanese) and send both the handwritten original and the translation. feel free to include drawings or poetry, or just plain comments and letters. like fen said, were still working on the style and size of paper thing.

Me being the dorky dork that I am was thinking of the idea of decorating a set of fake nails to give to Risa, because she always has some fun nails.

I want to give something to my favorite, but seeing as I really like all the girls I don't want to not give them something either. I don't want any of them to feel unloved. I had been thinking of trying to make a cartoony group drawing or something for the girls too, but I wasn't sure how well that could be managed.

*brain splodey* I just remembered I had made a Build-A-Bear several years ago named 'Princess Sayumin' that I always told myself I wanted to give to Sayumi somehow. It's white and has a cute pink top and skirt outfit.

I always fail in the department of thinking of things to say or write... Hopefully I could think of something.

You know H!O is not the only forum going to this, there are also forum members from jpm the biggest jpop forum on the web, and people from MMBBS and jphip.com, so it seems unfair that H!O is getting a possible deal when the rest of us are not.

it would make all the forums happy if maybe you just had a way to help out each forum equally.

Because hearing the rings of deals for one forum is causing tension which could possibly end up in many arguments and a bad representation of the american fans at the event.

I know we can all come to a great compromise, but please understand the other forums are taking it a bit badly since we are just as loyal fans as they are, and we would like to be treated the same as they are.[/quote]

I don't want to sound whiny, I just know it's not exactly fair when there are so many separate communities of the fandom out there. If we had a official fan club for all the fans it'd be different, and easier to work something like a deal for us fans.

thats my issue, it would be one thing if we had a fan club that we all went to. but we each have our forums and it's just all for fairness, because we're all fans, so them getting a deal and not sharing is just not cool.
