Those who just want to read the MM part of the day go to the bold part.I forgot to mention, that lady who was translating for MM most of the time was not a professional interpreter. You can tell by the way she translated things, and made her own stupid comments about what was being said. She seemed more like their manager or PR person, and was super annoying. I could tell during the panel, the real interpreter was probably getting annoyed at her too. She didn't understand many of the questions during the Q&A panel, with many of them being answered incorrectly. She also failed to translate many things that were said and kept butting in. Totally unprofessional and seemed like an attention whore. We didn't need her as an MC, and even more as an interpreter.
SITS you totally said perfectly what I was trying to get out. This woman was trying to be a part of the show. Translators are supossed to be like a seeing eye dog. Sure they are there, but their job is to provide assistance almost transparently, not make suggestions and be an annoying asshat. Seriously, she was just ANNOYING. Anyway, I'm saving the rest of the bitching for my blog and AX's forum. You don't need me to tell you AX was buttfucked.

Well, today was the last day of the con. Me and Rena went at about 10 or so to catch some pretty unknown group called C-zone perform in the exhibit hall again. We saw them yesterday and I got their autograph. They were SO SWEET!

Today, I bought me and Rena a shirt just to give them a little more support. At this performnace, we got more up front, and the "Yume" girl kept looking at me and would smile. I probably turned red or something because she'd smile even harder after seeing my reaction. They were a lot of fun again today. I got to take a picture with them! Rena didn't want to but was nice enough to wait for me. The rest of the day, we just walked around the exhibit hall looking for random deals. Rena got a small Tofu plushy. It is SO CUTE and SOFT. I wish I had gotten one. I purchased a Transformers revoltech Convoy, white colored verson action figure and I found something that was like GOLD to me: cels from Mobile Police Patlabor. I bought four for only five dollars each. They are SO COOL.

We had another 29 dollar hamburger at the LACC and then lounged around the hall until it closed. I was hoping to see C-zone one more time but they were packing up well before 3. Eventually AX staff with blowhorns started herding us out of there. As 3PM was near, me and Rena left before we were kicked out. We went and tried the ice cream booth near the exhibit hall and it was pretty awesome stuff.

After we finished our fun, we went to the game room and wasted a few dollars on Guitar Freaks and those rip-off machines with the prizes. We left pretty quick though since it became VERY packed after the exhibit hall closed down. We went to the console gaming room since there was word that my favorite game ever Halo was being played, bu it was on two shitty TV's. Four player per screen on standard def? Yeeeeeah, we left.

After that we went into the LP1 to watch the auction until the closing ceremonies began. They had some pretty cool items. I was shocked how high stuff went, though. If any of you were there, and I know some were as I saw hip shirts, I was the guy in the orange shirt who bid 250 for a Gundam 00 DVD box and 350 for the Morning Musume poster. I almost got that Gundam DVD. *shakes fist* The morning musume poster went for TWO GRAND. @__________@ Wow! The closing ceremonies themselve were okay. They started very late, no duh there.
Morning Musume was NOT there, but they did have a video. It was pretty typical fanfare. They talked about how they had fun and would like to come back again. LinLin is so awesome.

The other people were fun to see, even though I didn't know who a lot of them were. I'm sure a fan of those Gurren Lagann producers after seeing that movie, though!

Also, no photography was allowed, so hopefully someone ninja taped MM's screening video. I didn't want to get kicked out.

Me and Ayla played on pictochat on our DS's, which a lot of interesting things happened on at this con. I'll be posting a video of it to youtube in the coming weeks. And after everyone on stage said their piece, AX came to an end. Getting out of there was a nightmare. AX's inability to manage anything was visible right to the very last nanosecond.

Anyway, Rena is probably glaring at me wanting to go eat something, so this concludes my AX tales here in LA. I'll be writing blog posts in the coming weeks with pictures, video, the works, and I'll be sure to link if anyone cares to read more of my ramblings. I hope someone enjoyed reading what I've been blabbing on here. This was a great trip. Thank you Morning Musume for allowing us the chance to meet you. Thank you Tsunku for coming as well. Thank you HiPsters for having a warm, welcoming attitude and making this an awesome community event. And... even though they never got anything right, a thanks to AX for providing the ground it happened on.

See you all at the next adventure, which my bruised bank account might not let me have for a while.

See you guys around, hope everyone had their fun, take care.
And... ugh. I'm sorry if this is a bit rude, harsh, or mean, but CKD, ENOUGHHHHHHH. Stop being such a whiny bitch. BOO HOO you didn't get to see them. LOTS OF PEOPLE DIDN'T. If everyone who wanted to be here was, we'd fill up all of Los Angeles. If you can't just decide that it's not worth fuming over, do it to yourself on a blog and leave us out of it. That episode in the IRC was more than enough.
