Yuri and Yoona are in the front of two different covers so that means that there could possibly be nine different covers in total or this is just some horrible Photoshop work from someone. I really, REALLY, really, like REALLY, hope they don’t make nine different covers. There are three reasons for that:

1) Everyone will go broke if they have enough for all nine.

2) Everyone will go crazy trying to pick ONLY one if they can only afford one.

3) It’d probably make it awkward when they find out that ____ member is selling more than ____ T_T. I mean, I know SNSD loves each other and they understand that the media and the people have their favorites, but I KNOW it’s gotta hurt at least just a little.

Taeyeon is fucking killin it between what I've seen of the video and the song. Actually they all sounds great especially after Gee which was IMO a smidge too high pitch for their natural voices. I'm seriously diggin this song a lot.

Superstar in the song huh? If that isnt a sign that a Lupe/SNSD collabo is gonna happen, I dont know what is.

This is probably stupid on my part, but im gonna wait for the MV to hear the whole song. Ill hear it the way it was intended.

...I don't know how I feel about Seohyeon's line. I feel like someone's singing with her or it could be someone (or two) different (girls).

And I think there are different people singing the choruses and what's in parenthesis in each line. like "Genie for your wish" sounds like it's Sooyoung and Yuri.

Sunny is sounding HOT.

Hyoyeon's real tough... I only really hear her in "neoui mudae". She's definitely singing with someone as well.
Same with the line that you're assuming is Sooyoung's. And I feel like "Biggest Fan" is said either by TaeYeon or Seohyeon...

I definitely hear Yuri in the beginning of each chorus, so yay!

…But what I really want to know is who does that cute giggle, that very last giggle at the end?

So is anyone else assuming that this is a rip from the MV and not the actual mp3?

I agree, those lines sound like they aren't singing alone, but I think it's common for this kinda song, and that in live perfs, they'll be singing those lines solo anyway.

The song is really nice, though not as catchy or addicting as Gee. But it is more accessible and could possibly be an even bigger hit. Was hoping there was a bit more attitude, but I guess they didn't want to make too much of a difference from their established cute style. The more I listen, the more I'm liking it, though. The english actually makes sense to me, as long as you think of Genie as a title and not a thing.

And I actually like the cover. Reminds me of old vinyl album covers and stuff from like the late 70's or early 80's, much with the theme with the rest of the album. But I do hope that you get all 9 covers available for use as the cover inside the booklet.
