Actress Maki Horikita has been announced as a co-star to Rina Uchiyama in the upcoming TV Asahi drama, "Seito Shokun!" Although the two actresses belong to the same agency, this is the first time they will appear in a drama series together.

While Uchiyama plays the role of a middle school teacher, Horikita will play the role of a second-year student. Because of an illness as a child that delayed her education, her character is three years older than her classmates.

The rest of the cast includes Kippei Shiina as an education committee member and Kanata Hongo as a student.

2. KOISURU NICHIYOUBI WATASHI, KOISHITA / LOVE ON SUNDAY (Movie)

Actress Maki Horikita will star in the upcoming film, "Koisuru Nichiyoubi ~Watashi. Koishita," directed by Ryuichi Hiroki. It is the second film based on the TV drama series "Koisuru Nichiyoubi," also known as "Love on Sunday."

Horikita will play a high school girl suffering from terminal cancer, and the story will revolve around her last love during her final three months. To prepare for the role, Horikita is undergoing a special diet designed to deplete the salt level in her body. Although unhealthy, it is a technique sometimes used by actors in order to appear ill.

Maki is in like, everything X.X Though I loved her in Nobuta, she was kinda dissapointing (but funny) in kurosagi ^_^ I hope she doesn't get overworked!

Let's relive this thread again!

Just finished watching Seito Shokun Ep. 1.
I was kinda impressed by the drama.

But Maki's role in it, Kimura Juria, was kinda cold.
Yeah I know it's cool and all but I love maki when she's smiling!
I hope the character would develop!

Anyways, I found mostly all Maki's PB except Sweet Magic HQ and Miss Match.
If anyone wants it can just request from me ^^ but i dunno where i should upload it.

All they are doing to make Maki look like a guy is putting her in a suit? Tegoshi Yuya does have feminine features. I buy Yuya as a girl before I buy Maki as a guy.
