Got a better keyboard to go with my mouse. Sadly no blue option for the back lighting.

I'm seriously considering getting a PSVita just for Hot Shots 6. >_> I'm not ashamed to admit Out of Bounds is one of my most played games on PS3, along with all the others in the series on their respective platforms. :P

Argh, the last two bonus challenge maps on Portal: Still Alive are killing my brain  :bleed eyes:
I mean is there even a way to do them without getting killed and killed and killed and killed some more and again and again?

If it didn't read Silent Hill there I wouldn't have guessed... well I'm still looking forward to it, but I hope this is only trailer music and not the actual music.

^ That is a shockingly poor trailer. I'm not even interested in the game itself if they didn't have fucking Korn tied to it..

I've seen the producers of Dark Souls (spiritual successor to cult hit Demons Souls) have said that even they haven't been able to beat the final 2 bosses in their game, yet they've submitted it and are producing copies on CD as we speak

For the love of God SEGA, take my money already! I cannot wait until VF5:Final Showdown comes out next year and this video of Sarah dressed as Ulala from Space Channel 5 makes me want it more. Make sure to watch the final few seconds to see the winning pose! That's fanservice

I wonder if you can get Sarah as Ulala, maybe SEGA could get Akira as Ryo and Lau as Lan Di from Shenmue!

Never been a Gears fan I'm afraid. I may look into the series from the beginning at some point, but for now, with other games I'm looking forward to more due out in a few weeks, I'll pass. Looks good though, and many reviews are saying it's the best in the series, so it's good news for everyone.

What kind of gamer are you?

I tied for being a Mastermind and a Seeker.

Your BrainHex Class is Seeker.

Your BrainHex Class Your BrainHex Sub-Class is Seeker-Conqueror.

You like finding strange and wonderful things or finding familiar things as well as defeating impossibly difficult foes, struggling until you eventually achieve victory, and beating other players.

Each BrainHex Class also has an Exception, which describes what you dislike about playing games. Your Exceptions are:

» No Commitment: You dislike being asked to complete everything, preferring to pick and choose which tasks you will attempt, or simply messing around with a game.

Sounds about right.

Your BrainHex Class is Seeker.
Your BrainHex Sub-Class is Seeker-Daredevil.

You like finding strange and wonderful things or finding familiar things as well as rushing around at heights or high speed while you are still in control.

According to your results, there are few play experiences that you strongly dislike.

Your scores for each of the classes in this test were as follows:

Seeker: 16
Daredevil: 15
Socialiser: 9
Conqueror: 8
Achiever: 7
Mastermind: 6
Survivor: 2

Spot on for me as well; my all-time favorite games tend to have a strong sense of exploration and/or moderately fast-paced action. I'm surprised I didn't score higher with Achiever, since I have a tendency to collect as many cars/clothes as I can in games like Saints Row 2, or fill up as many custom player slots in wrestling games, just to have those extra options to play with. But I suppose such habits might be considered exploritative and thus part of the Seeker personality.

Your BrainHex Class is Mastermind.

Your BrainHex Sub-Class is Mastermind-Survivor.

You like solving puzzles and devising strategies as well as pulse-pounding risks and escaping from hideous and scary threats.

Each BrainHex Class also has an Exception, which describes what you dislike about playing games. Your Exceptions are:

» No Pressure: You dislike being asked to perform under pressure, preferring to take your time so you can make the right decision.

Your scores for each of the classes in this test were as follows:

Mastermind: 19
Survivor: 15
Socialiser: 13
Seeker: 13
Conqueror: 7
Achiever: 3
Daredevil: 0
That's pretty accurate, I think. I'm generally methodical and take my time to do things in games. I have no interest in beating a game in record speed. I love the thrill of getting chased by things that terrify me and successfully escaping. I also like the sense of achievement when I figure out an enemy's (usual a boss) weakness.

Some photos of my favourite cosplay finalists from Animania on Saturday:

After watching their performance, I now need to get Persona 3.

Sounds like Catherine is the perfect game for you then. A game where you solve puzzles whilst being chased by demons! Made by the same people behind Persona too.

My results:

Your BrainHex Class is Conqueror.

Your BrainHex Class Your BrainHex Sub-Class is Conqueror-Seeker.

You like defeating impossibly difficult foes, struggling until you eventually achieve victory, and beating other players as well as finding strange and wonderful things or finding familiar things.

According to your results, there are few play experiences that you strongly dislike.

Your scores for each of the classes in this test were as follows:

Conqueror: 20
Seeker: 16
Daredevil: 13
Achiever: 13
Socialiser: 10
Mastermind: 9
Survivor: 8

Sounds accurate. By rule of thumb I do like playing most genres and I do get a rush when playing something like Call of Duty or Virtua Fighter online and win. I also like challenging games and will happily go back and replay games on harder difficulty settings for the sense of accomplishment in beating it afterwards.

I guess that's close to accurate. I never feel satisfied until I get everything.

I also like to spend a lot of time reading everything the NPCs say or move the camera around so I can see everything in detail.
