Aaaah, I swore myself not to get excited about a new Bats game so soon (not played AO and not likely to), but this trailer... and it's from Rocksteady again... it's hard not to.

^ Don't forget Kevin Conroy is back as the voice of Batman.  :twothumbs

@pika: I don't know how the 'New 52' will influence this game, but Damian has been dead for about a year. But there are clones of him being made..... And he'll be starring in the next DC animated film, Son of Batman. While Tim Drake is currently Red Robin, and in the 'New 52' he was never Robin, Barbara Gordon is currently Batgirl, even though she's still Oracle in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. Don't know what's going on with Azrael after his brief appearance in Batman Incorporated before that comic ended last year.

Well I was trying to keep Damien dying secret XD but I guess everyone knows that.
Barbara is coming back as Oracle, so it's doubtful Batgirl will even be featured as DC with new 52 have wiped Stephanie from existence.

I do think just from looking at the trailer new 52 will be involved somehow, even though AA is it's own universe in the comics that wasn't effected by the reboot, just like Marvel dictates what is in any of their games and wants to keep current, DC probably will too.

^ There's always Damian's Batman and Robin costumes....

Finally finished The Adventure of Link on the Nintendo Virtual Console.  :fainted:  If I was playing this on the original NES I would've died and restarted hundreds of time, probably before beating the first boss.  XD

Playing Devil May Cry 3 HD last night. On the mission where you have to go through all the bosses again. Took about 40 mins as it is a lot of bosses. Down to the last one, go to the store to get some healing items. The game freezes on the menu and I can't go any further. Apparently this happens because of a combination of it being downloaded from the PS Store as well as a fault of the developers of the HD remake. Never been so legitimately annoyed at a game until now. Means I kinda have to either do a flawless run, or grind up on a few missions beforehand in order to bring in some healing items with me into that mission. Oh well.

Played the first 2 parts of Walking Dead 2. Gameplay is still the same, with the story being the real hook.

Spoiler:
That moment when Clem walks out of that shed. I bet every player chose the same dialog.
Still. Not. Bitten.

Finished Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. The combat is better than in the first game. Not enough enemy varieties and the majority of them block too much. Story is 50/50. I'm looking forward to the Alucard DLC.

After playing four times as a paragon Shep (soldier, adept, sentinel, infiltrator) in the Mass Effect trilogy, I'm now currently playing as a renegade FemShep vanguard in the final chapter of the Mass Effect trilogy. Played her as a "bitch":
- failed or skipped optional / DLC missions
- had Wrex and Kirrahe killed
- romanced Kaidan and sacrificed him
- had the Normandy crew killed
- had the ME2 squadmates die in the suicide mission
I venerate ample posteriors and, furthermore, I am unable to fabricate information.

Been playing some South Park: the Stick of Truth.

It's much better and funnier than I expected tbh. So many characters, episode references and random crazy shit happening.

The best part of the game is the Canada section. I won't spoil, but it's great.   :canada:

^ I'm tempted to get it, but for the price it's going now? I'm not sure about it . It seems like an Xbox Live Arcade game to me.

The gameplay video I'm watching is really roping me in though.

Hahaha, I was watching my Tokyo Disney Resort blu ray set yesterday, and in 2000 they had this show called Club Disney: Disco Fever (or something), and it really got me in the mood for some DDR or ParaPara or something. So I looked at available options and ended up with Just Dance 4 for WiiU. THIS GAME IS HARD, YO. So much fun, though. I'll be getting regular workouts from this XD; The song selection is very entertaining as well, I wonder if I'll ever get good enough to actually unlock new stuff :P

I've always wanted to get the Japanese Wii versions of those games, they usually have a momusu song and some other extra ones :D

Edit:

Regretting saying I really like the look of the new Batman game, as replaying Arkham City is bringing back all the terrible memories.
If they add more playable characters and more challenge maps (as I'm sure they will, as it's single player only) I'm sure they will tie achievements to the challenge maps, again too.

Get ready for Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Huntress, Nightwing, Red Robin, Joker, Catwoman and Azreal all with 50 levels to complete each, most of which will make you tear your hair out OTL

Dark Souls is actually fun compared to this shit.

Was pretty glad to hear that Koji Igarashi (director of the good Castlevania games) has now left Konami to persue projects that appeal to him most. Thank God, his talent was being wasted just rotting away at Konami doing nothing, as they gave away the series and made it a pretty lame God of War knock off. Symphony of the Night is one of the best games ever and the 2D Castlevania games of recent memory for the DS were still fantastic (Order of Ecclesia being my favourite Castlevania game of them all).

So who knows what happens now, supposedly an indie project is in the works. I've a feeling it will be inspired by Castlevania. But here's what I think. This is a bit of business that will benefit absolutely everyone, especially we, the gaming audience. Ready? I'm gonna throw this out there....Nintendo? Give Igarashi the keys to the Metroid franchise and see what comes out of it. You're welcome.

Just beat Lords of Shadow 2 on POD difficulty. Will try the Kleidos challenges later.

ME3 renegade Femshep progress:
- ignored side missions and fetch quests (making my war assets really low)
- sabotaged the genophage and killed Padok Wiks
- killed Ashley for siding with Udina
- sacrificed the Quarians

It's fun playing as a vanguard. Since I'm equipped with armor that specializes in power damage and cooldown, I've been spamming biotic charge -> nova.

On an older, separate Shepard file that I've left alone for several months due to frustration with the insanity difficulty, I finally managed to finish it (and get the platinum trophy).

I don't know how I'm going to survive going to Super Potato again, I'm going to lose the bet with kimmu ;___;
..unless I avoid it entirely and just go to Mandrake and buy figures 8)

The love/hate relationship I have with Batman AC continues as I am now enjoying the fighting sections again, because I find them so easy and can get huge scores without really trying very hard. Which is really weird because I used to hate them with a passion and literally could not fight at all in the first game and at first in the second. The same glitches still bug me like before, but I just find my way around them and swat everyone away with 100+ hit combos because I'm the god damn Batman. (...Nightwing)
Because of that, I actually find the predator stuff annoying now (mostly because of Riddler's Revenge) which again is weird, because that was my favourite part of the first game. I still think it's cool, but because how the challenges are set up, in most cases you can only do the level in one specific way and it's really easy to fail the level because of that and have the Riddler insult you (really, really doesn't help) Still don't think I'll get Origins, and with Knight I'm super tempted, but I can wait. Or just like I vowed before, just beat the main story and never touch it again ^^
