Been playing a mix of old games I already own and PSP lately. I'm looking for another sandbox game - either Saints Row 3 when it comes out or Just Cause 2.

Having just played through it, I think the events leading up the end of Chapter 7 in Dead Space 2 is some of the most visually and audibly stunning moments you'll ever see in a video game. God only knows what's lined up in store for me in the chapters to come.

I guess living in DC ain't too bad. It does have it's perks, like the Smithsonian; aka, the place where this exhibit will be held.

^ Are you playing the game on a Dreamcast, or the Gamecube?
I thought about buying the game awhile ago; The DX version for Gamecube, since I don't own a Dreamcast. I always got the impression that DX was very much altered from the original. If it isn't, then I might actually buy it (after all this time).

Geek fact of the day: Today (11/04/2011) is the first day in Persona 4's timeline.
Who wants to jump into a flat screen TV with me and see if there's another dimension on the other side?

Just started playing Radiant Historia on the ds. It reminds me of those old nes RPGs. Decent battle system. Like how I can change the battle order, including switching with the enemies to plan out combos. It does feel like I'm playing two separate games when going back and forth between two diverging timelines, yet it's still one game where one action from one timeline affects the other and vice versa. I also like how I can go back to any point in the past and have my characters' stats remain the same. The only thing I hate is having to skip over the same scenes again and again when time traveling.

Just a quick PSA. Another humble bundle (indie games + charity) is running for the next week or so.
Trine is the big release for this one. A lot of people comparing it Lost Vikings. Im on the third level and liking it so far.

My 360 is back alive! And I didn't even have to go through Microsoft to revive it. Yeah local game shops could be spotty but luckily I found a solid one.

My brother just got a PS3 so I bought Yakuza 4 the other day. Just like when I first played Yakuza on PS2, I've spent almost all my money an the hostess club.

No doubt about it, a virtual model of Rio who you can romance with is proving Yakuza 4 to be the PS3's killer app.
